They lie in their contract, padding their prices by thousands of dollars and taking longer (by months) than they estimate - for a retro-fit project they started in February, they do not know how to proceed even in August. They estimated the whole project to be done on 03/02/2022. They make promises they cannot keep-they cannot do Electrical that passes City inspection standards. They are full of excuses for not doing what they say. They take advantage of people. After they try to hide their mistakes (like when Luca patched the walls before the rewiring could be inspected), they try to coerce you into falsifying documents saying they did the job right, that they even finished an unfinished project. If you do not comply, they threaten you with thousands of dollars in increased interest charges. Then they abandon you and send workers to ruin your home because you did not play ball and lie for them. I did not know companies like this were allowed to exist. People who do not know about construction, electrical wiring, etc. think they did a good job because the house has not collapsed yet, the lights are still on, and electrical appliances still work-just like when you hire a handyman! Only they do not charge handyman prices or pass City Inspections. Amazing. Maybe I was just unlucky and was sent all the left-over crews that no one else wanted to work on their projects. If it could happen to me, it could happen to you. Even so, their manager still ignored contract prices and timelines. Be careful working with these people.
