Reliable Roofing

While I was scared that I would not be able to afford their painting services, the free estimate they offered made me realize that I could get external and interior painting done on my home. The outcome was fantastic.

They are scammers and overbid and disingenuous . I did sign a contract and I exercise the right to do the 3 day cancellation and I cancel on 12-2 -2020!

The company breathed new life into my home with the paint job that they did. I have never been more excited to invite guests to my house.

The Reliable Roofing team was very patient with me and walked me through the different roofing types available. They also greatly helped arrive at a final roofing choice that would fit my needs and within my budget.

The job was completed well within my timeline. The team was so enthusiastic and fantastic to work with and shared important tips on property care.

We settled with them for a fair value.

We felt Reliable Roofing did an excellent job....communication was very good and the quality of the work was excellent. We would highly recommend them. Sam was our go-to guy and we were impressed by him from the beginning - was able to assess the issues we were having with our old roof and make great suggestions for the replacement roof. The proof of course will be after our first rain season!

From day one there were issues. Made it through bait and switch,. Massive new costs after tore off old roofing. Attic accessible so was no reason for alleged changes needed. Never protected property from debris. Never did cleanup. Did provide a few dollar discount gor me to clean up debris left. No inspections ever done. Still waiting for final paid invoice and warranty document. Need paperwork for estate documentation so can prove expenses and pass on warranty when property sells. Still waiting nearly two months after numerous requests. Overpaid. Do not make final payment without receiving in person final documents you may ever need.. Sure hope quality of job is better than customer service.

Just work with pros. Not a receptionist.

Management of the job was poor. Poor communication. The workers seemed to do good work, i.e. roof removed quickly, new materials installed quickly when arrived, but they lack supervision - so some parts not completed or finished initially as requested. They had to return multiple times to complete. Trim looks unfinished in a few places where I thought should have been cleaner. Cleaned up some days, but generally not and not very well. QC is only done after the job is complete. You can't tell much about quality after the fact. If you want to consider them (in spite of above) get other bids first so you don't get outrageous high bid, and then they cut it down to something more reasonable. (I saw this comment in another review also)

Reliable did a great job! They took care of everything with care and speed. I would recommend them to anyone, for any type of work needed. While they did my roof, they also installed air conditioning, interior ducting, etc. Great Team.

My Roof Began to leak just as the shelter in place began. I called several different companies but none would come out. Then I called Reliable they came right out that day. Inspected my Roof had a team out and put a temporary roof on while it was drizzling. Start that next Monday was done by Thursday. The gutters took a little longer but the main part the Roof was done, It feels good knowing Reliable made me and my family feel secure GREAT WORK. Thanks, Guys.
