I was very happy with the work they did for me - my flat roof is now completely leak-free.

I didnâ t compare prices so I spent more then I had hoped for but the guarantee was good so I went gave them the work.

There were a few glitches, but overall, I was satisfied & happy with the work Reliable did on my roof.

I had an emergency situation and needed to get repairs done on my roof quickly. They responded and replaced two sections of my clay tile roof. I was very satisfied with their work..

I used North American roofing & their service was outstanding would used them again.

We felt like they were trying to sell us a timeshare. We wanted our roof replaced, they knew it yet still gave us a pretty high-pressure sales pitch, starting with a price double what we ended up paying someone else.

They are fast to get you in the contract but take a while to complete and communicate after the contract.

Very professional, listened to what we wanted, stayed in communication with us, answering all our questions and returning calls. Workers went straight to work and cleaned up after themselves. Only con was pricing for new insulation and new air conditioning ducts was a bit high.

They didn't finish the project on time and they wouldn't call to let us know when they would be here. I had to call them all the time to find out what was going on and they consistently lied about when they would show up to work. However, the finished product looks good.

Excellent

It took a couple of weeks longer than expected. They had to replace the wool on the flat portion of the roof. Took three days to get supplies. The project manager, had to leave for an emergency. After that the communication fell apart. I had to call them t remove a ladder from the front of the house. It was there a few days. Still have the portapoty and n my driveway. Two calls so far to get it removed. I was going to consult them about solar, and paint for the exterior, but now going to look elsewhere.

Unrealizable, unprofessional SCAMMERS. Leo the salesman and project manager said my roof could be finished in 3 days. I am only doing partial work for curb appeal. He seemed the most knowledgeable and professional of all the companies that came out. Most expensive but I did not mind I wanted quality. Before signing a contract I walked him over to show him my Neighbors roof, he and his crew assured me they could make my roof look like the neighbors. The job is taking over 3 wks, he is not providing the correct materials. He now says the correct materials will not pass inspection and I need to let the laborers COMPLETE THE JOB WITH WRONG MATERIALS, AFTER INSPECTION THEY WILL COME BACK TO INSTALL THE CORRECT MATERIALS. Leo did not mention inspection issues before or while signing the contract. Leo sends laborers out without giving dates and times. Laborers have shown up at our home a few times to complete the job with the WRONG MATERIALS. Called Leo, he was rude and said that the correct trim pieces will not pass inspection so they will use incorrect material ridge caps in place of rake caps for now. Leo yelled at me to let them finish now and after the inspector comes they will come back and redo the roof with the correct materials. NO, I DID NOT SIGN A CONTRACT FOR SHADY WORK I DO NOT WANT TO FOOL INSPECTORS.

Everything was great. They did a great job on cleaning up, especially with my roof having 4 layers. I would highly recommend them!

We advise anyone that needs a new roof to go to Reliable Roofing. They were amazing!

Me and my wife are very happy with the work. We had a small backyard patio roof that needed to be done and no one around would do it for us because it was small, but Reliable was able to get it done for us and very quick and efficiently as well. We will definitely recommend to anyone we know that needs a new roof.

Overall the job is well done except for the insulation. We were promised that the attic will be sanitized before the crew closed up the ceiling. However, the crew and team dropped the ball. The roof was sealed before the attic can sanitized. Overall support from the team was good. Jose and Sam really did help out on the price. However, here comes John with the additions. From my perspective, John was pulling quotes out from thin air in order to meet the sales quota which is intimidating. Of course, the job is pricey but I expect the price to come with premium service and that is why I went with Reliable Roofing. Additionally, my expectation for a larger company is to make sure the team crosses all t’s and dot all i’s before moving on to another process. We also read about complaints in BBBs and this is their to go sale tactics -"He called the next day to offer me *** and that he could save me money by combining another job that is close by my house. I said I'm getting other quotes for ***. He says their company is the best there is. Licenced and bonded,professional, timely and clean, " The sale tactic mentioned above is used very frequently and are reported by numerous reviews. This tactic is a real pushy and intimidating method. I would not hire Reliable Roofing if I have more time to think about it. From HomeAdvisor perspective (given your reputation), I would suggest to perform an audit on them and ask them to stop the pushy sales tactics to customers right on the spot where we don't have time to consider. Please take this as a warning flag that there will be more complaints in the future.
