Dissatisfied with the project workmanship follow up and the current leaks. I have been waiting for 2 and a half weeks for them to respond to my emails and texts.

Poor communication from the installation crews No announcement of arrivals or departures. The last crew was on the roof for half an hour to install a roof vent and left without explanation or having installed the vent. Salesperson Robert S. was helpful in resolving installation concerns. We need better notifications on crew schedules and subcontractor delivery schedules.

Emphasis to the roofers communication is important. Dates and time should be better coordinated which demonstrates respect for the customer's time. The project manager, Alfredo was great. He has great pr skills, and very helpful. Alfredo listened to my concerns, he was patient and kept me informed. I would recommend their company.

I recommend this company except they didn’t guaranty their service.

With respect to the roofing people. it was a small job: their work is fine; I do not expect a leaky roof. My complaint is they said they would be at the work site then not show up. This happened three times.

Dishonest sales reps. Their roof repair fell apart after 7 months, and didn't even resolve the roof leak issue. I was ripped off!!! Stay far away from this company. I wanted to give zero stars but was unable to leave the star rating blank.

I had to watch the workers make sure the stuff was done watch instead of the project manager. Tried to leave The edge board too short I could see daylight between the end of the board and the fascia. In two areas if I had not noticed anyone who would have stepped on the corner of the roof would have gone through. I brought this to their attention and one of the workers tried to use a clamp to pull the fascia board in instead of just cutting a proper length of the board.

Extreme caution ever contracting a job with this company due negligence, lack of integrity, lack of respect towards the property, lack of communication, their pricing, lack to finish the job in the agreed timeframe, and overcharging for items they did not do and were not included in the contract.

Ask for Chris project manager. He is so professional. Most of all he is very kind and humble.

Hired Newhaus to repair a section of my roof. Visit was scheduled quickly, price was provided quickly and was lower than some competitors. Work finished expediently and correctly.

Good on following up

Everyone I dealt with (including office staff) were very professional and made it a priority to see that I was happy with the job.

Started work without a valid permit. Failed to cover roof once exposed. Rain destroyed ceilings below roof. Still waiting to hear about how they plan to make me whole. Very poor performance. A warning to future potential customers. DON'T
