Reza was punctual, took the initiative in dealing with a manufacturer whose specifications were a bit different than the shower door that was removed, knowing that it was the right thing to do. Reza DID call me before doing that though. Jose who supported Reza was efficient . Both were polite and efficient. I'm a difficult guy to please but the two of them, with Reza walking point, did a terrific job and I'm really pleased
