Comcast cable, internet and telephone service is very poor and very bad. Now to make it worse they have outsourced all customer service calls to Overseas ( Mexico and Philiphines). No one seem to know what to do when you call. The call goes thru hoops of voicemail prompts and finally you get to talk to someone overseas who have no clue what to do. This is stupid and very UNPROFESSIONAL as we customers PAYING TONS OF MONEY EVERY MONTH. Service calls are also poor and NO ONE CARES . I WROTE A LONG LETTER TO THEIR CEO. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM AT ALL. I AM NOT SURPRISED. I need to see what I have to do to get out of this mess.

They keep removing things that we want to watch. They raise the prices and lower what is available. We are not very happy. There aren't many alternatives and we don't think the alternatives are any better. We sometimes have problems with our Internet service. They've come out for visits a few times and they have been OK.
Description of Work: We have our cable and Internet service through them. We have a monthly fee with them.

There are multiple entries for Comcast so I wasn't sure which one to use but mostly this is a way for me to vent. We have had so many issues with Comcast I don't even know where to begin and there is no way I can ever list all of them, there are just too many. We've had issues that range from service issues (mostly dealing with digital voice dropping calls) and billing issues and issues with technicians not arriving or arriving after the four hour window they give you etc. Even after all of the issues at our last house we were stupid enough to go with Comcast at our new house. It's those darn turtles, the Slowsky's, their just too cute. Anyway, our latest issue that has pushed me over the edge is that even though we turned in our equipment to the technician and they acknowledge that they have record of us turning it in, they have an agency calling us to tell us that we need to turn in the equipment ASAP. When we noticed we were charged for supposedly not turning in the equipment, we called right away and were told that we had turned it in and now we keep getting calls that we need to turn it in. And our final bill for our last home was incorrect and instead of crediting our account for about $46 they charged us an additional $46.00. I actually had the customer service rep. tell me that maybe instead of trying to transfer the service from our old house to our new house we should have just started over completely and started a new account at our new house. Can you believe it? We actually thought it would be easier to transfer service with the same company but if we had been smart we would have chosen another company. If you are reading this, do not choose Comcast as your provider for internet, cable, and phone. You will have more issues than you ever thought possible. It's to the point where I'm going to write a letter to the company to complain instead of trying to complain on the phone but I doubt that will do anything. DO NOT USE COMCAST! I know their commercials are funny and they entice you with good packages to start out with but the prices go up and the cute turtles aren't the ones answering the phone when you call in to complain about all of the billing issues, etc., that you are having with them.
Description of Work: We have digital voice, internet and cable through Comcast. I think we pay around $130 per month for all of our services.

This company did a very bad job. They came out and tried to tell me it was my fault the television wasn't working right. I knew better, and they ended up fixing my television, but it wasn't worth the hassle. I wish I would have called someone else. I was not happy with my overall experience with this company.
