I made the mistake of coming here as it was the closest real estate agent in my area. The receptionist connected us to the apparent training manager who then became our agent. Our expierence started off fine as she was friendly and knowledgable about the area. However, this feeling changed very rapidly. She was never on time to any of our meetings, was not prepared or organized at all, and tend to rush us into making the purchase. She also did a poor job of explaining anything and didn't give us any options. I was especially fustrated with her emails as they were all in caps and did not have any puncuatition and most of the time did not make any sense. Yet, the worst part was the home inspection. We had made a offer on a house that we knew there was a mold problem. There was mold growing in the cieling of the master bedroom and bath. The agent explained this was nothing, but being that this was a huge purchase I ordered a industrial mold inspector to drop by along with the normal home inspector. I also requested that the gas be turned on for the home inspector to make sure everything worked. Yet, when the day came for the inspections the gas was not turned on and the agent explained that it would take about two days and $200 to have PG&E turn the gas on. This made the home inspection incomplete and the agent wanted us to pay for something that should have been taken care of by the seller. The worst part was the mold that was in the master bed and bath had been wiped clean. There was a heavy smell of chlorine in the air. Someone had previous clean the area up so that the mold inspector would not be able to test anything. Luckly we found extensive water damage and mold in other areas of the home and declined the purchase.
