The owner came out to help us out when our heater went out during a very cold few days. He was polite, professional, and went out of his way to find the solution. He then ordered the part and came back that night to make sure that we had heat again. We were very pleased with the experience. In fact we are having him do an additional project for us and have complete confidence in his work.

We had A/C put in by someone else, but they didn't bother to check the ducting and we were not getting any air in one of the rooms. I called Capella to find out how much they would charge to do the job that the first company should of done! He was very informative and came out pretty quickly to give us an estimate. He quoted us quite a bit less and was very informative. We hired him, job is done and we are extremely happy with Juan's work!!!

I have a 25+ year old dual vent wall furnace that was probably ready to be put out of its misery, which meant replacing the entire unit. After reviewing the selections from Service Magic and checking the feedback from customer's ratings, Capella Heating & Air seemed to be the best choice. And, I must say Homero Salinas is one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I come across in a long time. He quoted me a very reasonable price to remove, rebuild, and clean the burner unit. Quick turnaround time and it's working like a charm. I passed his business card on to others. Great Job!

Despite being away for the holiday, Juan called us on Thanksgiving day to offer his assistance after our furnace stopped working the night before. After giving him a brief assessment of the problem, he arrived the next day to make the repair. He was ready with the suspected part, and made some insightful recommendations as well. Juan was very professional, and sympathetic of the eed to have our furnace repaired, as it was the coldest night of winter in a very long time.
