Fast response, efficient work speed. Very knowledgeable about his (Homero) work and also was willing to explain what was being done. My home's furnace is quite old, and he had no problem figuring out the issue quickly, and came back the next day again to tightened the fix.

He told me that the high efficiency condenser? bottle was connected properly by the furnace installer. Than means that if the condenser bottle gets full the furnace will NOT work until the bottle is emptied. Good proprection for my investment in heating

The owner of Capella H&AC, Omero, was very conscientious and efficient when repairing our furnace/air conditioner. A power surge had knocked out the transformer & fan modulator, which is connected to the motor. He repaired the transformer & took the modulator/motor to Dublin to exchange for a new one. His fee was extremely reasonable, and he made sure we understood everything he was doing to make the repair. He was very friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends or acquaintances. A good man with a lot of integrity.

Capella went to my rental unit 3 times. 1st time for estimate. He was very professional and patient. While other two companies referred by your office walked away after knowing the furnace located on the roof of the 2nd floor, Capella went there and found he could use a ladder to the roof of the 1st floor, then lifted the ladder to the roof and then went to the roof of 2nd floor. 2nd time, he worked on the roof for approx. 2 hours, could not locate the problem, but did not give up. He was such patient to call the customer service of the company which produced the furnace, waiting for over 30 minutes, and resolved the problem on 3rd time.

I am extremely pleased with the service of Mr. Capella. Easy to work with, pleasant, very patient and extremely knowledgeable on furnaces and troubleshooting techniques. After explaining the problem to him, Mr. Capella assessed the issue and began relevant troubleshooting techniques to pinpoint the problem and get the heat back on in my elderly mother's home.
