I got a call within 10 minutes from Capella Heating & AC upon submitting my request to contact me. The Services person was at my door at within few hours at the time promised. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem, gave me a reasonable price and time estimate. My HVAC was working in less than an hour, and the work done like a pro at a reasonable price. Very honest vendor who can be fully trusted. I will contact him for all my future AC and heating problems.

Capella Heating & Air Conditioning is a great company... Juan was very friendly and informative. From the time I found Capella on ServiceMagic to the time the job was done, it was less then a week... Very pleased to have a nice cool(fixed my air conditioner) home now. The biggest thing that made me want to go with Capella was the free estimate, more companies should be doing that. I would not think twice about hiring Capella. I have a rather complex heating system (which the ordinary heating guy would not have been able to fix). Juan took the time to research it, trouble shoot with the builders and go the extra mile in fixing our problem. We were so impressed with the time he spent explaining the intricacies in layman's terms, even so far as drawing diagrams! Thanks to Juan, we had a warm, snug home this winter. As I said - don't think twice about Capella. Call Juan - you will not regret it.

Our very ancient heater began to act up during one of the coldest weeks so far. I happened upon ServiceMagic. Within ten minutes I was already scheduling an appointment with Capella. The service repair person called me. He was very prompt, friendly, and professional. I received an appointment for the same day! He told me what was wrong with the heater and what it would cost to fix it. He never gave me a hard sell. What a relief! I couldn't have been more satisfied. And we went with a new heater. I amazed with the heater efficiency as well!

He came out on Saturday morning, while nobody else would. The AC unit only required a recharge. No attempt was made to sell me parts or service I didn't need. An overall assessment was made of my hvac system and recommendations were made to optimize performance. He was polite, courteous and friendly.
