I came out on a Sunday on very short notice and repaired my A/C in a case where the compressor stopped working. Other service men would not have even tried to fix it. He determined that he could fix it by asking questions over the telephone. It turns out that he has done this so many times that he was quite certain that he could fix it and had all the parts in this truck. I highly recommend Capella Heating and Air Conditioning for exceptional work and service!

my furnace was on and off several times to shut off when it reach the preset temperature. he totally understand what my problems was on the phone and give me an exact quote, fast excellent job.

Generally good. Extremely expensive. Had to come in a second time to fix another issue: I laud him for his persistence in taking care of the issue; it was for the good. I enjoyed working with him as I learnt a few things in the process.

They were able to come in the same day. Examined the heater and found that the issue was with the thermostat and the furnace was fine. He replaced the thermostat, explained how to program it to me. He was also very helpful with all my questions (since i'm a new homeowner). I asked about replacing the filter and since I had a new filter lying, he just installed it for me at no extra charge. I was very happy with the service.

The agent came out promptly, and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new part and he ordered it and installed it within a couple of days. I was very impressed with his honesty. I have already given his name to several other people looking for help. Thanks for the great website. A very satisfied customer.
