Vlademir came a little earlier than the designated time, which was fine by me. He brought in all his needed equipment, and proceeded to assess my washing machine. To do that, first he had to move my refrigerator and washing machine in order to remove the back panel of my washing machine. He found that my washing machine is broken. Instead of repairing it, he'd suggested that it might b better to get a new one. When questions were posed to him, he answered honestly. All the while, he was very courteous and friendly, On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd give him a 10. Please give United Appliance Repair a call should you need the service!
