Our old water heater needed to be replaced. Ken was available the day I called to come look at the job. He clearly and carefully explained all that needed to be done, spoke about what options I had in choosing a heater, and provided an honest reasonable estimate. I agreed, he left to pick-up my new water heater from storage, and returned within the hour to do the work. Then from start to finish it was only a couple of hours. Ken was fast, efficient, courteous, and clean! Plus the final bill was actually a bit lower than the estimate. Plumbing service simply doesn't get any better than this. Kenneth Asire Plumbing is the epitome of responsiveness, expertise, and great customer service. Our water heater failed and left my wife and me with no hot water. I used Home Advisor to get estimates, etc. Mr. Asire came out and gave us an estimate the next day. After obtaining two more estimates, we hired KAP, and we've never regretted it. Kenneth is extraordinarily knowledgeable, experienced, professional and courteous. The crew that he dispatched for the new water heater installation was great. The installation crew, Justin and Jerwin, were personable, clearly very experienced and did a marvelous job installing the new water heater and removing the old one. They worked very efficiently - from start to finish the job was completed in under two hours. We are very pleased with all aspects of our experience with Kenneth Asire Plumbing, would hire them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them very highly.

There I was on a cruise ship in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and I got a message from my tenant that the water heater was leaking. One conversation with Ken and he went over the next day and took care of the situation. “ leaky water heater” For 25% less Then the guy my renter wanted me to use.
