I did everything over the phone. His price quote was competitive (slightly more than my other quote - $15 plus the other guys takes away the old toilet - , but in the ball park). Most importantly, answered quickly, was immediately available, showed up exactly when he said he would - on time, did the work well, left the place tidy. Worth every penny and then some! DEFINITELY would use him again and recommend to others.

Ken was prompt, friendly and went out of his way to make things right. We ran into a problem because the hot water heater from his supplier was damaged. This meant he had to spend an extra hour to return the damaged heater and obtain a new one. Which he did without charging extra or complaining. We'll use Ken again. He's great.

Kenneth was responsive from the very first contact. I had a water heater that was leaking and he showed me where it was leaking inside rather than just telling me that it had to be replaced unlike another plumber which I got an estimate from. Kenneth explained the work thoroughly and when it came to the obstacle of strapping the water heater in the event of an earthquake as required by regulations he came up with more than one solution.
