They came out and provided an incredible service. They were fantastic. The coupon was only for the outside, but they did the inside, too. I was very happy with their service. I will continue to use them in future.

That was terrible. It was a very bad experience. First of all, they came out and said that I have many windows they clean. I have worth windows from neck. I just want them to clean but save the work, and they wanted extra money. So, they cleaned that and did not come back. They said if I had a bunch of wood to defy at their house because I am not using that wood and they like to have it. All I want to do is to get rid of these people. I told them that they could take it and just leave me some. They said that they will wash some extra windows for me and I told them to take it and leave. The quality of their work is not good at all.

It went really well and I’ve used them several times since. They quality of their work is great, they’re always on time, and they even wore hospital booties over their shoes. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

They did a good job with the gutter cleaning. They had to get up on the roof and cleaned out the gutters. They cleaned them out well.

Bait and switch. Price covered basically nothing - everything was an add on. Workers had poor English skills so we were not able to understand what we were being charged for. Will not use them again.

They were good. I would use them again. I expected that they would charge more because I got big windows. I called them and asked them and she said that when they came, they would quote me a price if the windows didn’t fit into what they termed as a normal window but there were no problems. They took my large windows and still gave me the 20 windows in the deal so that was good. They did a good job. I’m going to use them again but I’m going to talk to the girl next time. They were a little careless with the plants outside the windows. It would have been nice if they wiped over the window fills and the ledges after they’ve done the windows. The workers were very nice. Few of the plants got a little trampled in back garden. They did a nice job on the windows and then I had them do the screens as well and they did a good job on that. It’s just minor things that I know if I talked to the company itself, it won’t happen again. I think it’s a good price especially they didn’t charge me more on the large windows I have. They were on time.

I found them on Angie’s List. They were very thorough, very good, responsive and on-time. I just like them. I just think could have done a little bit better job of cleaning after themselves, but then I am really picky. The price was a pretty good deal.

They were really nice and were friendly and they cleaned everything, but our windows have a lot of grids, so it was a little more difficult, but they informed us of how it worked. I just wish that this information was a more detailed within the deal, because I did not end up getting all of my windows done. I was just not aware of this, but I might have missed that information. I definitely did not blame them as they were just following rules of the deal, so I understand.

They left half of the shutters open or off and they didn't finish the job properly.

The service provided by America's Best was very good. That deal had for certain numbers of window and my house had more windows than that so I paid a little bit more, not a lot for couple of extra windows. They came in and did the job. They were here on time, they did the thing, they cleaned up and they left.
