Description of Work: I hired this company to power wash my daughter's town house concrete patio, and made an appointment for Saturday, March 2, between the hours of 12 noon and 3:00 pm. I also confirmed this appointment by telephone. They were a no-show, and didn't even have the courtesy to call. My daughter left a voice mail on the Saturday that they were suppose to be at her house, and her call was not returned (even on the Monday following). I called and talked to Liz and she stated that she was in the office on Saturday (then why hd nobody contacted us after receiving our voice message). Instead, my daughter stayed home waiting for the work to be performed. Terrible and inexcusable customer service. I would definitely not recommend and needless to say we are extremely disappointed.
