I had a great experience. He was timely, honest, and very fairly priced. I thought I was going to have to buy another vacuum so I was very pleased when he was able to fix mine so quickly and that he didn't charge an unfair price. Definitely worth it!! Oh, and he has just move to a different location in PB, so be sure to call for new address. (I believe it's 5010 Cass St.)
