They did a great job and were in and out fast. I did get charged full price for a few trees they decided didn't really need as much done to them as originally quoted.... not sure how I feel about that. But I'm guessing they only charged me close to their minimum anyhow so its not the end of the world I suppose.

I was not thrilled with their service. The first estimate they gave us seemed way to high and then they lowered it. They also broke one of our lighting fixtures during their work. I will probably be looking at other companies for this service.

The price varies depending on the job.

The same arborist quoted and then supervised each of the two jobs but used different crews at the two places. The aborist and the crews understand trees and what needs to be done to preserve their beauty and health, and help assure they do not regrow in an awkward manner. They taught me a lot about trees! At my home I kept adding plants for them to prune as I saw how good the results were looking, and offered to pay more for all my requests (Dave suggested an extra $40 which was very reasonable). At the church, while they were working on the trees I cleared some needles from shrubs beneath other pines. The crew offered to shred three 4-foot stacks of needles, and they cleaned up other areas of needles not caused by their pruning, all at the same price. Dave's estimate was based on how many people would be needed an how many hours it would take. They worked hard the whole time and got a lot done.

I thought their work was really good! They were very thorough and worked in such a good fashion that you could tell that they really bent over backwards for me. They weren t the cheapest but they definitely delivered.

Estimator "Dave" was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The bid price was about midpoint in a range of four bids obtained. The work crew was prompt to arrive on work day, very efficient, very open to minor requests from owner, and very good to excellent in clean up and disposal of limbs and branches. The job was completed more rapidly than I originally anticipated. The trees on the property had not been pruned in almost ten years, and the finished results produced a much more pleasing appearance for the house. We now anticipate that the trees will not require further pruning for another five or six years, and at that time we will re-contact One Trip (if they are still in business).

This company is fantastic! The pepper tree I needed trimmed is on a hill so it's a lot of work to get to. One Trip's employees came out and did the job in an afternoon. Their guys are polite and hard working. Would definitely use again!

The estimator, Steve, was very professional and gave unbiased advice. The crew came on time, was courteous, and did an excellent job. The tree climber was a highly experienced artisan.

Not done by this company. They were to swing by and call me back with an estimate within a week. Never heard back from them.

I used another service with a lower bid. This company was the second lowest bid and seemed reputable. I would have chosen them if I hadn't gotten a lower bid from someone personally recommended to me.

One Trip Tree Service had done work for us in 1988 which went well so we called them again. Dave the estimator showed up on time and seemed quite knowledgeable. The estimate fell in about the middle of the three we got. We selected One Trip because we were satisfied with their work in the past and because they were insured and had a contractors license. The work was done as specified although Dave did need to stop by to remind the work crew regarding what he had agreed would be included in the job. The work crew seemed to be real pros and quite pleasant to have around. One Tripp seems to have a one person office so be persistent when scheduling the work date and in getting them to send out you bill after the work is performed. We will continue to use One Tripp Tree Service.

They were top notch. The estimator came the next day and once I gave them the go-ahead they scheduled an appt for the following day. They were prompt and did a fantastic job. They had a tree grinder that ground up all of the trimmings, and cleaned the whole area thoroughly. Also, their estimate was much lower than the other one I got. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Dave came out day after I called and gave a bid. Letting me know there was a minimum bid, so I decided to have a few more trees trimmed. I had less than a week to get the work done due to landscaping that was to be done the next week. They came out on the day promised and on time. They were all friendly and knew about trees. I was very please with their work and would use them again when needed.

They were very comparable to any other tree service, they were very professional in comparison to the others and were very good at explaining what and how they would perform the work. I had to call them back to chip out the root system though they came right back out, no problem.

They do a good job, and it just took a little while to get the skylight fixed.

My initial call was returned within one day and an estimate visit was scheduled easily. The estimator, Tina, was professional and seemed very knowledgeable. She took time to answer all my questions. The estimate seemed reasonable. I called the office the following day and requested references for previous pruning jobs; over the course of the next few weeks, I called the office three more times to request the references but never heard back from them.

THE PERSON WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SHARED ALL OF THE INFORMATION THAT SHE HAD AND SHE FOLLOWED UP WITH ME VIA EMAIL. THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. WE JUST CHOSE TO USE ANOTHER COMPANY. I WOULD DEFINITELY CONSIDER THEM FOR FUTURE WORK.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SERERAL TIMES. THEY HAVE GOOD CREWS AND ALWAYS HAVE A SUPERVISOR AT THE JOB. THEY HAVE EQUIPMENT TO MULCH AND HAUL AWAY ALL TRIMMINGS.

AFTER A BIG STORM WE HAD A TREE UPROOTED. WE NEEDED THE TREE REMOVED ASAP. THEY HAD A LOT OF WORK AHEAD OF US AND STILL MADE TIME TO WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULE AND REMOVED THE TREE IN A TIMELY FASHION.
