I have had High Tide manage my rental in downtown San Diego for over seven years and they have been a great asset. Seung and Charlie have always been very responsive, very accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the couple of unusual and trying situations I have had. They are very easy to work with and go above and beyond when needed. The only reason I can't use them anymore is that I am selling my property but I definitely will use them again if ever I own another rental in San Diego.

Have had 3 previous PM group who I would never do biz with again. LOVE HIGH TODE for a # of reasons: when they Market my property gets rented quickly, they are always on site if work needs to be done, they update me with pictures, take good care of the tenants, very responsive to my request. Honestly after bad experience with other property management groups, these guys are the best

I've been using High Tide properties for over a year now and they are truly worth giving a positive review. I contacted them a little over a month before I went on an 8 month deployment. I own a duplex in Lemon Grove and was concerned with long distance management. One key thing to look for is finding a property management company that takes a percentage of the rent, not a flat fee. High Tide has a very reasonable rate, especially for the piece of mind they provide. They screened tenants very well, collected rent in a timely manner and kept me in the loop of any issues that came up. I never had a vacancy of more than 2 weeks and the tenants always seemed happy to work with them. I'm preparing to move out of the area and I know I wont have to worry about my either unit in their care.

Georgia and Seung were consistently a pleasure to work with. As noted in my ratings, they were professional and very responsive to both my tenant and me. I was very happy with them during the year and a half that I used their services; I never worried about anything. When the tenant called to get something repaired, I was notified immediately and High Tide coordinated the necessary work promptly. I would both use them again myself and I would recommend them to others, without hesitation. The only reason for the overall B rating is that I had to point out a couple minor oversights during the period I used them; that said, each time I pointed anything out, they were quick to confirm and rectify the situation. If there was a rating for Customer Service, I'd rate that an A.

I only have praise for Seung and his team. They've been managing our seven properties in Chula Vista for several years. My mother, who is 80 years old, was having to deal with these properties until we brought High Tide on board. Now she doesn't worry, knowing everything is taken care of and in good hands. My mother has seven children, but we are all out of state, but the distance hasn't been a problem at all, now that we have Seung handling everything. High Tide also provides my brother and I with monthly emailed reports that show all expenses, income, etc. Very professional setup.
I highly recommend Seung. He's all business and and knows his business well. He'll make life much easier for you.Hope that helps.

After having attempted managing our own rental home (while living out of town, no less) we decided to use a management company after the first tenant moved out and it was time to get a second tenant. I'm so very glad we found Seung at High Tide Property Manament, as this was amazingly smooth sailing once they were in charge. They organized the move-in repairs needed (and the contractor rates were very reasonable), High Tide's rates were great, and they were always very responsive via email anytime I had a question. I loved people asking me how my rental house was going and responding "Great! High Tide is doing everything!". I also recall one specific example where the tenants had complained of a slow or clogged drain; someone from High Tide went over to the property with a bottle of Draino before calling a contractor to keep MY expenses minimal when possible. That's just outstanding service. If I weren't moving back into our old home right now, there's no question High Tide would continue to be my property management company. Even at the end of our business relationship, after the tenant had moved out and they knew they would not receive more money from me, they continued to manage the final contractor work needed to bring the home back up to "rent-worthy status" and were always very prompt, courteous, and conscientious every step of the way. That says to me that the people at High Tide are an honest, hard-working and trustworthy company.
