Valerie met me at my convenience, at my home and allowed as much time as I needed to ask my fear filled questions about what I needed to do, what governemt programs are available and what strategies to take  to keep my home. She provided a no pressure, unbias, factual, real-life strategy to help ease my paralizing fear into action to save my house. As a result of her dedication, compassion, skilled knowledge of Real Estate and as a certified expert in her field, i still own my home and am grateful for a better life.
A quick story...
These days home ownership has become challenging for many with decreased home values causing mortgages to be upside down. I did not even know what 'upside down' meant until a friend referred me to talk to Valerie about the current value of my home.  I have recently experienced a severe change of income which jeopardized me keeping my home. It was a very difficult time.  Valerie listened attentively gave me hope, edcuated me and researched options for me. She introduced the HAMP, HAFA and HARP programs and volunteered her valuable time to deduce which program would best be suited for me. She is a Certified National Mortgage Forgiveness Plan Specialist, Certified HAFA Specialist and Certified Short Sale Negotiator. She provided expert advice, exceptional service and I would refer her to anyone who expects superior service and expertise in todays fluxuating real estate market.

To start the Listing Agreement was written incorrectly.  The agreement was written in my mothers name (who is decesed) rather than the Trustee's name however she assured me she was correct. When it was realized the contract was written incorrectly along with other significant concerns with Valeries recommendations, knowledge of the industry, the lack of  professionalism I requested we terminate the relationship.  Valerie said no. I consulted 2 Attorneys both confirmed the Listing Agreement was void the MLS should be cancelled immediately. Even though the contract is "void" Valerie continues to hold my decesed mothers property hostige in the MLS by placing the listing in a withdrawl status rather than cancelling the agreement completely.  In affect the property is in limbo.
My experience is that Valerie is not an aggressive sales person nor does she posses the qualities and skills necessry to sell  real estate. Actually this is the absolutely worst real estate transaction I have ever experienced.  If you are considering hiring Valerie Gardner I would recommend reading the Listing Agreement very very carefully, check references and ask tons of questions.  Unfortunately because she was a family friend (she attended my mothers funeral) I thought she would have our best interest however she did not.
