Description of Work: We replaced the flooring in our kitchen/dining area (ceramic tile) and living room (carpeted) and also replaced the carpeting on our staircase with wood. We visited several stores and Geneva Flooring was the most knowledgeable and had a wonderful selection of woods & flooring. Working with Judy, Carrie and the workers was a pleasure and the work was excellent and everything was done in a very professional manner. Judy was always available to answer my many questions. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them for other projects.

Description of Work: Shortly after purchasing a new property in the Mt. Herbert area, Geneva flooring removed the dated carpeting in our bedrooms and replaced it with floating bamboo flooring. We spent a few weeks discussing price and flooring type, I did my research and double checked everything as we went along. The install was very professionally done and right on time. I plan on using Geneva flooring again when we replace the hallways and living rooms floors.

 + 0 moreLisa at Geneva had come out in the evening and quoted the job over 1 year ago. I emailed her hoping she would remember now that I was ready, not only did she still have the file, she honored the initial quote. Doug came out the very next week. He was polite and got started immediately. They finished on time and the floors were as good or better than new. They left no trail of dust just beautiful floors. I even asked if Doug could remove a closet door and the hardware that I could not get out. He happily replied "no fuss, no muss, no problem.
Description of Work: Refinished wood floors in 2 bedrooms. The floors were about 60 years old and previously covered with carpet. The rest of the floors in the house were in great shape. They sanded and put 3 coats of finish. Matched up perfectly with the rest of the house.
