We had a great experience replacing our roof with Genesis. The representative Brian who gave us our quote was really nice and very knowledgeable. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, and provided so much information which was very helpful in choosing the right roof material for our home. The work began shortly after we agreed and signed the contract, and Joe and his roof crew did a wonderful job. They were all very hard-working and a joy to have around. Nice respectful guys. The project went smoothly and we love out the roof. It comes with a long warranty, 50 years I think which s perfect as we plan to pass the home along to our son and his wife so this will help them too, All in all, a very positive experience and we highly recommend Genesis to anyone in need of a new roof.

Genesis installed Anlin windows (window manufacturer) to replace our 3-decade old windows in January 8, 2021. Right after installation, I pinpointed that the (2) arched and gridded windows did not match existing grid design (stipulated in the contract). A week later, Genesis rep came, inspected and did measurements. The supposed corrected replacement windows came in May 18 (5 months after) and still not right so I rejected them. Latest update as of July is for Anlin technician to contact me, so he/she can visit the site and verify arrangement of grids. It's already been six months from initial installation and I am still waiting for Anlin technician to contact me. They say that Covid created backlog in their work schedule. The bad part is unless I communicate with the Genesis rep, I don't get update status.

Genesis did a superb job of painting our house. Their staff were very professional, customer service oriented and very knowledgeable about this project. David G. and the lead (Gustavo) kept us informed each day to let us know what to expect the following day. We would highly recommend them to do any of your house projects!
