In the end it cost about the same as having any other tree service come out and do the work. In reality, it was no deal at all.

The crew was here on time. They were very nice and polite. They had to find parking on a busy on a busy street. They did a very nice job and cleaned up the leftovers. I am very pleased with this company and I will use them again. Thank you Sandra Steveson

About three days after I purchased the big deal, Coastal Tree Care people called me, and said if I'm not in a hurry, he would come to do the estimation after his vacation. I am fine with. About three weeks later he called me again and scheduled an appointment to do the estimation. He seems very knowledgeable on his work, point out what we should do about our trees. Then he gave us a bid on site right away. It's our first time to use a tree service company, so we want to get another bid just to compare and get some general ideas. We found another A-rating tree service company on Angie list, and they scheduled an estimation in the same week. Surprisingly their bid is only half of Coastal Tree Care. We have no idea what's the big difference in their jobs and we can't compare for we can only choose one to do the work. Based on our tough financial situation, we decide to go with the cheaper one and ask refund from Angie list on the big deal

The provider contacted me immediately to set up an interview of what I needed from him, stump removal. Within 20 days he visited my house and set up a time to do the job. Unfortunately, the day set was seven weeks in the future. He said that he was so busy from the offer in Angie's list that that was the soonest he could get to me. Since that date was too far towards the rainy season we could not plant anything in time for plants to root and stop erosion, I looked and found someone else to do the job in two days. I was hoping that he could do another job, but as my conversation with him progressed, I realized that he may not be interested in a small job, I gave him an out and we decided to just cancel the entire job.

Great job on trimming/prunning the Palm Tree and it looks great and hopefully will not have to have the Palm Tree trimmed for a few years due to the thoroughness of Joseph's efforts. Would use Coastal Tree care again.

The service provide contacted me within a week or so of purchasing the deal. He provided a quote of $600 to trim 4 trees (which I thought was high), but I was not in much of a position to negotiate because I had already purchased the deal. When I asked him what he could do for the $400 deal I'd already purchased, he agreed to take $100 off (so I would still need to come up with another $100 at time of service). He said he was busy because of the response to the deal, so we scheduled the service approximately 1 month later (9/4). On 8/30 he left a voice mail to tell me he couldn't perform the service until 9/18. I am no longer interested in the deal and would just like my money back. Thanks

Joseph first came by to give me an estimate. His workers (Adam and ?) did a very nice job trimming and cleaning the Queen palms and cleaning up the ground afterwards. Took less than 1 hour. Appointment was for 11 to 12 and they got there about 2:30. (I would have appreciated a phone call regarding the delay.) My trees look great so I definitely will call them again.

Joseph provided the original quote and showed good knowledge of trees and a high degree of respect for each one. Trees were "laced out" and left healthy and looking great. The crew was clean and neat and did a good job of moving things, cleaning-up, and returning items to their place. Even took time to help clear pine needles out of the pool. I will use Joseph and his crew again.

We had a few communication problems at first, but we worked that out and Joe did a good job.

It was alright. We had an issue with a broken sprinkler line after the fact but they came out and did the service pretty quickly. I ended up spending a total of about $700. They came out quickly, they performed the service quickly and they also got us in very fast, but when they removed one of the trees it broke the sprinkler line and they didn't repair that.

One tree was missed, but they called back and will reschedule visit to complete.

He artistically, professionally, and efficiently worked with his crew and took pride and care in his work. He is training a foreman, and then won't be personally attending the entire job as he is growing, but he has a very good crew.

I normally use another company for this, but when I saw the Angie's list deal for $199 for $400 worth of service, I thought I would try them. They contacted me right away and got my address to check out the trees. They called me back and said it would be an additional $100 for the service. I reluctantly agreed, even though I felt that the price was too high. My normal guy charges me around $300 for all four trees, so I was kind of surprised that they would value the job at $500. It still only cost me a total of $300 with the deal so I agreed. I wanted to get the trees trimmed fairly soon, but when I spoke with the person, he said he had me scheduled for Septermber due to his big response from the offer. I told him that it would need to be sooner or I would have to cancel, so he pushed it up to 8/15. They did a great job on the trees, and cleaned up the area nicely. I just doubt I would use them again, as I really do not believe my job should have been valued at $500 when I have paid $300 consistently for the same quality of work.

Great! Joseph and his crew performed their services quickly and professionally. The cost for the job was very reasonable. I had a couple of other estimates that seemed extremely high for the work required, The clean up was very good and they used a blower to clean up the area. My neighbor came over and asked Joseph for an estimate and had the work done right after mine was completed. I would definitely use Costal Tree Service again.

Time frames did not line up, and I was in a rush to get the job done as it was ruining my new lawn. You can tell Joseph is willing to do the best he can to accommodate and is passionate about his profession.

Joseph was very professional. They arrived a bit late, but it seems that his business is great, and he had been busy that day. As a small business owner, that's something I can understand. He did the jobs he promised in his (free) estimate, and in my opinion, did a fantastic job. And for a service crew, his crew's cleanup was second to none. You could barely tell that they had been around the house. One thing I can't stand is cleaning up after paying a crew to do work around your home - to me that should be included in the price. And Joseph's price, BTW, was MORE than fair. If you are looking for someone to trim some trees, don't hesitate to give Joseph a call.

We dealt with Joseph and things could not have gone better. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs. He worked within the time frame we needed, was punctual, and delivered quick service. We definitely recommend using this company for your tree trimming needs.

They were very punctual, they did exaclty what they said they were going to do. They were very efficient, showed up on time. I was very happy with the service performed. I must say they were also very polite.

I had bought a coupon from Angie's list for $200 of services for $99 so I never checked what other tree companies would have charged. They quoted $300 for the two trees so our total cost was $199. They were punctual and worked quickly;. they trimmed the trees so our property can be tented for termites in the fall. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

Called Coastal Tree Care and scheduled a time for an estimate. We were happy with the estimate and Joseph Eves professional manner. The trees were removed and the crew did a great clean up. We were impressed by the care shown to my neighbors orange tree which was growing close to our Melaleuca tree. All in all a really nice job done.
