Coastal Tree Care

Coastal Tree Care arrived on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned up every leaf, there was no sign on the grown that 30% of the tree had been manicured by a true professional.

I was happy with the work and the price. They broke a sprinkler while doing the work and fixed it promptly and without question. I would use them again.

Joseph came out and gave us a bid we were really happy with since we would handle the clean up they didn't need to bring a chipper on site. We scheduled for a Saturday morning when Adam would come out and do the work. On time, polite, efficent and knowledgeable. He left us a neat pile of logs for the fireplace and a pile of prunings that were easy for my kids to cut up into the yard waste cans. Couldn't ask for anything more!.

It was fairly good. I was a little confused by his price. I think instead of getting 99 off of the job, I got $700 minus $400. I ended up paying about $100 more than I thought I wanted to. Their people seemed good.

I purchased the big deal for $400 of work for $199. The originally scheduled time for the estimate was missed due to some address confusion, but Joseph came out a few days later and provided an estimate for the work to be done on both trees. They were ready to do the work in about a week, but since I was unavailable, I had to put off the work until later. All told, it took about 1 month from the purchase of the deal to the work actually being performed. When Coastal Tree Care came out to perform the work, they quickly looked at the trees and confirmed with me what they were going to do. They then went right to work. In a little more than an hour, they had completed the work and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

It was fine. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. He gave me some recommendations. The scheduling was fine and he came out when he said he was going to come. The cleanup was perfect.

Everything was fine and they did exactly what we asked them to do. They got the job done in about 5 hours. They cleaned up everything and the scheduling worked out fine for us.

There was a slight misunderstanding as they trimmed too much of the tree. They were good and they came on time and cleaned up afterwards. They apologized for trimming the tree back too much. The scheduling was fine and he apologized that he did get to me when he said because he was so busy. He contacted me to set up a date. They got the job done in about 3-4 hours. When he came for the estimate he called to let me know he was running late. They were good about contacting me with time, and informing me on the status of everything. They also gave me a senior discount.

It was well done. They were very efficient and were in and out pretty quickly. I would use them again. They got the job done in a couple of hours. The cleanup was good and they picked everything up. The scheduling was handled very efficiently

It was fine and they did a nice job. They did have to charge me extra than what the deal covered. They actually came a day earlier then they arranged, and I wasn’t there when they did the job. The scheduling was fine.

I was not happy with it and I will not use them again. Their bid was way too high to trim my Olive tree. He said that he could not do my Olive tree for less than $1200 and I informed him that I had better quotes and wanted him to just do $400 worth of tree service that the deal covered.

I have a very large Eucalyptus tree that needed major pruning and limb removal. Joseph came out to give me an estimate and was by far the most reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. His crew did an excellent job and they could not have been nicer. No need to look for any other company!

I had a big tree in my backyard that looked like it had some of the branches, dying or losing luster. Instead of waiting for them to fall down and potentially damage my home I took advantage of the $199.00 offer from Coastal Tree Care to take care of the problem. Joseph was very friendly and I was very impressed with the results, however he did have to reschedule, which isn't a big deal. In this line of work I know things can take longer than anticipated. They were able to remove the tree limbs without making the tree look funny and nothing was damaged during the operation. I was very happy with the results. Thanks Joseph.

the response was quick and courteous. a rep came and suggested a larger scope of work then the "deal" at more cost. In the end we agreed on a price above that which the "deal" covered, but less work and cost than his proposal. there was definetely an up-sell aspect.

The provider came out and gave an estimate. I am not interested in going forward with the Big Deal at this time and have requested a refund.

After waiting about one month for an appointment, Coastal tree called us after they failed to show up and told us they had an emergency and could not come. Later they called back and offered to come the next day. Then they called back again and said they couldn't come the next day and would have to reschedule for 3 weeks later. When that day came, they showed up 2 hours late due to truck trouble. They trimmed the trees but allowed a branch from a large tree to fall and break a main branch on a smaller tree, sevrely damaging it. No apologies. If you schedule service with this company, be prepared to accommodate their schedule. They only work in certain areas at certain times and they don't want to be inconvenienced, even when they force you to reschedule.

Job was done correctly, although coral tree was not trimmed very much at first. I showed up at lunch and explained it was supposed to be cut back further, and worker went back and performed the job without any problem. My only concern is how much it cost. Over the years the same basic tasks cost more and more (different providers).

The men were courteous and quick. It blew me away. I would give the company an A+ for service and would definitely use them again. I did give them a "B" on price as I think there was some confusion. Originally, my husband asked them to bid on a number of projects. Unfortunately, the bid was not itemized and we decided to divide the project up...a little before our daughter's wedding & more afterward. When I discussed this over the phone with Joseph, he wanted to charge over $1,000 for the two trees that I wanted removed before the wedding. I had gotten other bids, so I knew that this wasn't a bargain by any means. Finally, I asked him to come & do what work he could do for the $400 deal that I had purchased & when the money was spent, just stop. As I mentioned above, the men removed the trees in 30 minutes and gone within 45 minutes. I am glad that I hadn't agreed on $1,000 for this!

Coast Tree Care drastically improved the landscaping of my property in one day. The crew was efficient and skilled. The yard was immaculate when they finished. Dead trees and foliage were removed, opening up areas of the yard for new plants. Trees were laced, front and back, which provided light for new landscaping. The roof of the house was cleared of all overhanging branches. The improvement was dramatic. I would highly recommend Joseph and his crew to anyone in need of revamping their property's landscaping.

They trimmed several trees in my yard. Did a nice job. Cost was higher when quoted, looked for someone else, and then they ended up meeting the same lower price when I had a quote from another company

We will definitely hire Coastal Tree Care again. Adam and his helper Benjamin arrived punctually. We forgot to ask the neighbor to move her car before she went to work so they carefully planned the job to assure there would be no damage to the vehicle.The Queen Palm was first. I was immediately impressed with their efficiency - no wasted motions, great team work, employed safety equipment and measures at all times. Adam either tied off the palm fronds and heavy seed pods or held them (if within reach) as they were sawed. This protected our Spanish tile roof from possible breakage and uncontrolled falling on the landscaping beneath. He did an excellent job cleaning unsightly debris off the palm trunk. The two Carrot Wood trees were next. Adam laced and shaped both trees beautifully. They are a much better proportion to the house and the messy overhang over the tile roof and gutters is gone. I peppered Adam with questions as he worked. He listened attentively and answered my sometimes technical questions fully. The property cleanup was excellent. Coastal Tree Care called after the job was complete to assure we were satisfied which was also appreciated.

We were extremely satisfied with Joseph and his team. They were helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond the contracted work. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Great working with Joseph, he and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. They showed up with a team of guys, carefully removed very large trees hanging over the house (piece by piece), laced others - several of which were very high as well, and overall did a great job of making the place look great - we are very satisfied. The real value is in having someone who knows what they are doing and does the job right. We plan to use him again this winter for additional work we have.

I was phoned several times to try to schedule a time convenient for me. The deal I took advantage of was extremely popular and it took almost 2 months to get an appointment. The tree I wanted trimmed was listing to one side badly and the arborist who did the work knew how to balance the tree. The price seemed reasonable and the guys cleaned up the mess nicely, I recommended Coastal Tree to several neighbors.

This is the second time I have used Coastal Tree Care. They did such a great job the first time, I called them back for another trimming. Very reliable and excellent quality work. Quick, efficient and extremely tidy! Couldn't even tell they had worked in the yard until I looked up and saw that our two huge queen palms were perfectly trimmed! Will definitely use them again and again. Highly recommend.
