It was excellent that they were incredible professional, they did a very difficult job and their price was fair. They have to hire them in a no 1 second and they have the choice. They are the best contractor in San Diego.

They did a good job. They were quick. There was nothing we liked least. They were great. We would recommend them. The price was good because we had a coupon.

There were other charges because the job cost more. It was a bigger job than what the coupon was which I realized that it would be. So on top of the $199 Big Deal, I paid an additional $250. That was less than the other tree trimming quote I got that is why I went with them. I thought the price was very competitive. The got in contact with me within a day or two after I purchased the Big Deal. I was not there because it was done in the rental property, but he kept me informed when his tree climber was fixed so he had to change the next day. Everything he said he was going to do and when he would be there, they were there. Approximately the time of day they were going to be there, they were there. So, I say they were on-time. He is very professional. I would use him again in the future. Actually, I asked him how often I should have this particular tree trimmed and he said every couple of years which I agreed with based on when it was last trimmed. So, I told him I would give him a call in a couple of years and trim it again.

Joseph was exceptionally prepared and did a high quality job in removing and trimming some very large trees. He did a professional job for about 2/3 the price of the other bids. There were no surprises, and he left everything neat and tidy. We would and will definitely use him again in future!

These guys are real professionals. Joseph went to extra lengths to get our "big" tree issue resolved under a time-crunch we had...a seriously appreciated extra effort. Knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. What else could you want. We highly recommend Coastal Tree Care.

they arrived on time with a full crew. They went about there business in a very professional manner. I added work to their scope as they day progressed and they were fair with pricing and very responsive. Joe and Adam were very knowledgeable knowledgeable with the different trees. I plan to have them back this winter to wrok on some pine trees that they recommended we wait on because of a sap issue with trimming in the summer. The cleaned up behind themselves and even scrubbed my concrete deck that had a few stains on it. Overall a great job and I am glad I found them on Angie's list

Coastal Tree was very punctual, they showed up when they said they would and completed the job the same day. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again.

They did a wonderful job. They were prompt. They went over and above. What really stands out about them good is that the owner really works with you. He makes great suggestions. They also clean as they go. They trim, they remove and then they clean it up. I thought the pricing was reasonable. They were very professional.

The deal worked out well. It was a fairly limited job. Joe has done work for me before. I was a little bit surprised that he was as candid as he was with telling me that he had to cover his cost inside the value of the Angie's List deal. The deal was for $400 worth of work for $200. He was very clear in the beginning that whatever his overhead was, had to be covered in the deal. I have used him before and I would use him again. I think he is a very knowledgeable arborist. He did a beautiful work on a tree that needed an arborist in my front yard a year ago. This job was fairly limited. He did everything that I wanted to be done. He did a good work and good arborist. They are good people. He brought the chipper thing. The work that he did was fine.

Great company to work with if you need any tree trimming. Used an Angie's List coupon that was being offered. Joseph was quick to respond and to come out to give an estimate. Without the coupon, his prices were comparable with 2 other estimates that we received. However, of the tree trimming companies I had called, Joseph was the only one who would've been able to complete the job within the next week. The others were either 3-4 weeks out and 1 company declined the work. (assumption, the job was too small for them). Joseph's crew worked diligently. Came out on a Monday afternoon and had the trimming completed within a couple of hours. They cleaned up all the trimming and debris to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

The provider felt he could not get his equipment down our very steep driveway safely. Also, he was very honest in suggesting that he would not recommend the work I had in mine (topping a tree) because the tree would grow back irregularly.

They were very professional and communication is excellent. Tree line was straight after being trimmed back. Timely with arrival and they have all new equipment and left the area very clean when they left.

It went very well. They showed up on the day they promised. Joe brought enough workers so that they were able to finish the project in one day. We were amazed how hard and fast they all worked and how polite and professional they all were. They were also very good at cleaning up the whole area after they were finished cutting and before they left.

He came out to do an etimate for a big deal. He stated he was an arborist. He wanted to do a lot of work, when I need a little bit of work completed. He did not seem have an understanding for trees I wanted work completed on.

They are professional and did everything very well. They clean up after they finished their job. Well done!

I had 2 big trees that needed trimming. They wanted me to pay another $800 on top to the $199. I told them to just give me the deal...$400 worth of trimming for $199. They said the couln't afford to sent the trucks and equipment for that price. We agreed that I would request a refund.

Everything turned out fine and they did a great job. The communication with the gentleman was very good and they cleaned up well after themselves.

They arrived just about the time they said they would be here. The arborist spent a good deal of time pruning and shaping the liquid amber that was way overdue for it. His assistant gathered up all the branches and carried them to their truck for disposal. They were polite, followed my instructions and did an excellent job of cleaning everything up afterwards. They were here for about 1 1/2. They also took some extra time to talk with two of my neighbors about tree issues. I have no hesitation about using them again.

We felt that the estimate amount for the proposed work was high and not a good deal for us.

Coastal Tree Care was courteous and professional for all our interactions. I have nothing to complain about; the reason for the refund is that we found a comparable provider to provide the same service for much less than their quote.

We did pay a little more to have to do additional work beyond the cost of the deal. There was a small trouble and mix-up in scheduling. There were two people who came out to complete the work, a man and his son. They spent between four and six hours completing the job. Everything turned out quite well.

They worked quickly and cleaned up relatively well.
