He was friendly, professional, thorough. We feel we got honest feedback (as opposed to some other services from another company). We also bought a carbon monoxide filter that is far better quality than what is found in most stores. Thanks for the great service - we'll call you again!

This Company is rated top. I recommended this company to our neighbor and they had the same air-conditioner and furnace put in and they are really happy. Just the way we were treated us by everybody and the work that is done is outstanding. That probably is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. Though they fitted it in many years back they come and check it. This company has lowered their maintenance service rates. At one time it was $129 and then it was down to $109 and lowered it further to $79. They know what they are doing. They are professional and their work has been excellent. When they come to check the furnace in the fall and the air-conditioning in spring no one has ever told me that I needed work done. They always say that they have checked the units and everything is working fine. While other companies say that you need another part and charge you $200 and so on. These people have never done that. They seem to be very honest and confident. That is what you want in a company. You go back to a company or a store whatever if they are nice to you, they don’t rip you off and their work is good. These are the three things that keep the people coming back

Jim Berry, the technician, did a wonderful job. I am very happy with the thermostat they replaced. The heat is working great. He came when he said he would, he put on booties so he didn't dirty my carpet. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The price was fair. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

They said the house has no duct work because it's never hot or cold and the other reason was the snow profile is not like you can stand up and walk around. They were up in the attic but I absolutely had no duct work, so it was not like they were replacing it or upgrading it. The house was built in 1954. They were thorough and they were here for a while. They crawled around the attic and went into the house. They were professional and way too expensive. I don't have any comparison, may be everybody is that expensive.

Technicial arrived at scheduled time, and finished the job in 2 hrs. Quality Issue. Insulation on the pipe was removed while welding, and found left open as it is. I may have to get some insulation tape to cover.

They were very good. The staff is very professional. They were very respectful about the house. They came in and inspected. They told what they could see and what they recommend. They weren't pushy or a hard shell. They explained exactly what they saw. There were options and they did the work in two separate visits. They did the duct work first. They came in a week later and gave me choices of furnaces; explained about different ones, the pros and the cons. I chose what I wanted. Another staff came and fixed that for me. They have different people for different things. One staff comes and explains everything and another comes and does the work. All the people were very nice, friendly, helpful, and professional. They came recommended to me from somebody else. Their price was reasonable; it?s expensive anyway and didn't shop anywhere. I went with an expensive furnace which was MEG efficient. I got a big chunk of rebate from the government. It was substantial. I got back $2200 and anther $100 for the MEG. I would definitely recommend them to someone else as well. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Mike was on time, friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable. Made several suggestions re furnace safety and left behind literature on safety and possible system improvements. Cost for visit was $67 (special) and $24 for one of their box type air filters.

The whole project was about $18500. Everything they did was wonderful. Everything was completed in one day and on time. They were very neat and tidy. They were true professionals. The workers were fine and were very professional. There were no problems at all. They are probably the top heating and air conditioning company for residences in San Diego county. They also charge the most too.

ASI responded quickly to my request for a quote. 2 technicians arrived on time to begin their work. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up the work area before completing the job. The price was a little on the high end of the bids I got, but I am very interested in having the job done right and careful about who we let enter our home. Overall, this was a great experience and we were very satisfied.

I got their name through a plumber. I thought they did a very good job. It's a very good thermostat. Unfortunately, they were a little expensive.

This is the second furnace that ASI has installed for me (second house). I did my usual 3 estimates and returned to ASI because they gave a great price, was honest about various features that weren't needed, and without any hype. The installers were very professional and worked hard to complete the job. I received a phone call a week or two later asking me if I was satisfied. I had 2 requests to reduce the noise and balance the heat. Someone was right out and solved both problems. House is very comfortable in all this cold weather we are having and the system is very quiet.

I got quotes from various vendors. ASI gave me a lifetime warranty on their workmanship. It was the best warranty and price. If you pay cash, they give you a discount. I got a quote for the same air conditioner from another vendor and it was $6000. They came on time and they did everything. I would use them again in the future.

Matt did as he explained at the beginning of his visit. He measured, looked at existing duct work and furnace, looked at an area that could house the AC, noted various dimensions within the home and then spent about an hour describing what could be done in order to install the AC. He gave me a detailed report and the estimated amount it would cost.

They did a great job. The only thing I would change is I wish they had mentioned the possibility of using an A/C we could have gotten an energy rebate for. In retrospect, they gave us a good price and we probably wouldn't have gotten out for less with a unit that had a rebate, but since I am trying to be energy conscious (and I was too worried about Mom to think about it at the time), it would have been nice to be made aware of that option.

ASI responded quickly to my request for a quote and, upon agreeing to the job, promptly set up an appointment for the work to commence. The two technicians assigned to the job arrived as scheduled to begin their work. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up the work area before completing the job. A supervisor arrived a short time later after the job was completed to review their work and solicit any concerns/comments. The bid for the work was at the high end of other estimates but the job was done professionally and the air flow is much improved from the old, inefficient ductwork that was original to the house.

I could not be more pleased with the installation and service provided. The price of the installation was in the mid-range of the four bids I obtained. I was looking for a professional company I could rely on for the long term to service my new installation and I believe I have found just that company. I personally feel secure in my decision to go with this company.

My AC unit was cycling on and off immediately when attempting to start. I called the service phone number at 4:45pm on a Saturday. The main office was closed but I was forwarded to an answering service which but me in contact with a service technician who stated he could be at my home in approx. 1 hour. The technician contacted me later and told me he would be late by another hour but did show up around 6:30pm. He determined I had a blockage in the coolant line causing the AC compressor to shutdown immediately. He took approx. an hour and a half to bleed the coolant lines, clean out the blockage and get the AC unit back on line. It was impressive to have this kind of service response late on a Saturday afternoon. I was still under my new furnace/AC warranty so I did get priority over other customer calls but to see this kind of response was good to see.

The most honest of three bids I received. Two other companies offered to do the job in a way that would have not met building codes. Their estimator,David, brought in their top installation man to make sure the job could be done under code. They promised me they would start on the Monday the week of Thanksgiving and be done by Wednesday night. They were true to their word. The installation staff did a great job and caused little disruption. Very happy with the results.

After getting the run around from another company, I finally decided to call someone else. I chose ASI and am so glad I did. They were here 45 minutes after my call. Thier tech was very polite and professional and my wall heater has never worked better.

They came on 2/18 and worked for 2 days. They were very careful with my floors. Put drop cloth down to protect them. They were very courteous and answered any questions. Since it took 2 days they brought out space heaters for our comfort.

They moved the air conditioning unit and set up better heat and air ducts. They stopped the noise that was coming in through the pipes. They are an excellent company but the prices are very high. They are very knowledgeable and very professional. They know their job. They cleaned up very well after themselves. I would use this company again for a high end need.
