Provider arrived early after calling and asking if that would be okay with me. Provider was very courteous and professional. Located problem and fixed it for a reasonable price. Advised me that I would probably need a new air conditioner in the next 2-3 years.

Very good, they were on time, completed the job quickly and did a good job. They also took the extra effort to clean the condenser since the unit was apart.

They were very good, punctual and got the job done quickly. They even went the extra mile to clean the cold coils when the condenser was apart.

Service man arrived as scheduled. Serviceman checked air conditioner and furnace and stated all were operating correctly. Service took approxiamately 30 minutes , no actual repairs were performed other than checking and stating everything was OK.

It went very well and they were helpful with suggestions.

The whole experience was just wonderful. I have never had such good people fix anything in my home. Even the salesperson that came out, was not pushy at all, and steered me into the right direction of what furnace to choose that would fit my house and needs well, without costing an arm and a leg. They even helped me get the whole job financed. The price was reasonable, and I have never had such good service. They came out at 7 am and left about 4 pm, and they worked pretty much straight through. They really didn't even take a lunch break, just a few short breaks here and there. When they left, no one would even know that they were here,they were so clean. I was very impressed with everything. They were extremely polite, very helpful, and have nothing negative to say about this company. They know exactly what they are doing and how to do it. They had to move an air conditioner off of my roof, disconnect it, and but a whole new system on the patio and change all kinds of things on the house around. They knew just what to do with all of it. I haven't heard anything bad about them, and expect nothing but great service in the future.

HSI technician arrived on-time and did a thorough job of inspection and tune of our heating and cooling systems. He also made a number of recommendations to extend the life of our current HVAC system as well as offering a discounted whole house energy audit. We also had that audit done by HSI which was very affordable, thorough, and useful. We're increasing our insulation to more modern standards as a result.

I thought I was supposed to have my air conditioner service and it turned out that I guess that I really didn't because he came and he really didn't do anything except go up and look at it. But then I also had a broken regulator in one of the rooms so I thought "since you're here, will you replace it?" and I think that's what cost so much money. I know when I originally installed it, it was like $50. I guess it really wasn't a good experience but I don't know if it was particularly their fault or anything. I think the original price, if there was anything involved would that should have been okay.

It turned out well. I would use them again and recommend them.

He was very thorough and explained the functions and tests and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with his professional knowledge and technical expertise. Each examined function (both indoors and outdoors) was accomplished quickly with appropriate tools and tests. He filled out forms to documents specifics of the tests and carefully explained each. I feel very confidant that inspection was complete and that my system is well maintained and ready for any summer air conditioning requirements. I would definitely recommend him and ASI Heating and Air to my friends.

Heating repairman checked out the heater and determined the problem to be the thermostat.

I felt I was overcharged for insufficient service.

This time, I was able to get my electrician to do the same job at much lower rate than they quoted.

Brandon was terrific!! He was on time, professional yet friendly. He quickly found the problem, had the replacement part on hand, and fixed the air conditioner. He then checked the entire unit to make sure everything else was functioning properly. He added freon to the unit, advised me about the proper filters to use and how often I should change them. When he came inside to complete the bill, he verified that my vents and air exchanges were working properly and assisted me with positioning furniture to allow proper air flow in order to keep the air conditioner running effectively. My dogs loved him and he was kind and petted them. I will happily call ASI again and ask for Brandon. I even requested an annual maintenance agreement with them like the one I have for my other home in Nebraska.

First off, I want to say that Bashri is one of the best service professional I've ever worked with! He was polite, respectful, and did an amazingly thorough job! The entire process took almost three hours but that's about how long Bashri said it would take. He performed the blower-door test (to see how leaky my home is), pressurized my vents to see how bad they leaked too, and checked out all gas appliances. He discovered that my water heater was leaking gas and then didn't pressure me to use ASI to fix it (I fixed it myself with a new gas line from Home Depot). Anyway, my overall experience with ASI and Bashri was amazing. The only negative to my entire experience was that I had to wait three weeks to actually get the estimate and my energy audit results (which ASI presented to me personally at my home instead of over the phone or email). Great company and if you do hire ASI, ask for Bashri as your tech!!!

ASI Hastings Service Technician, Chris S., is the most professional and knowledgeable tech that has been to our residence. We request that he be our service rep. Chris is one of the best.

I had my A/C checked up not because of any problem but because I since a tune-up. During the tune-up the technician found several problems. I was given a quote for the repairs but I wanted more time to consider whether to replace the unit instead. The next time I ran the A/C it no longer blew any cold air. When another company's technician opened up the A/C we immediately saw something wasn't right. He found out why the compressor stopped working and loaned me a part. I reported the issue to ASI Hastings and while I was not happy that this problem happened in the first place I was happy with their response -- someone was sent that same day with a replacement part. ASI Hastings did not give me a hard time and tried to make things right with me so for that I'm pleased. While there was this unfortunate hiccup I will probably call them in the future if I need service and can get the technician I've had very good experience with in the past: Joe G.

The gentleman was careful not to make any messes and was conscientious throughout the process. He changed out the original filter from the furnace with a new one; and I believe that will be beneficial. I will most likely have them come out to inspect our furnace and a/c at our home soon. I wouldn't use any other company; ever! The price paid was for two units to be service; otherwise it would have been a single charge of $69.00

The technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable and I never felt under any pressure to order anything for the AC unit that I wasn't comfortable with. It was a very painless experience.

They were fantastic. Everything they said they were going to do they did. We had a small billing issue they and they took care of it right away. We had a 36% loss in heating from the ducts leaking, and after the fixed it they took it down to just 7%. This was my best experience I have ever had with any contractor. You cannot go wrong with ASI heating and Air conditioning.

I selected ASI because they were listed on Angie's list. I called for an appointment to get routine maintenance on my A/C unit. They accommodated me with a day and time that was convenient for me and my schedule. David showed up on time I showed him where things were and he just took over and did the job. The maintenance was complete and he found a problem with my unit it had 2 small capacitors piggybacked which was not supposed to be on the unit I have. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail in terms that I could understand what that meant. He gave me the pricing which was very reasonable and also suggested a soft start kit and proceeded to explain how it would benefit my home. He took the time to tell me that it did not have to replaced now but would eventually. I was very happy that he was not "pushy" you know how most times they are insistent that it be replaced immediately. I did however opt to have both installed and was waiting for him to give me a date that parts would come in and he would be back to finish the job. Much to my surprise he had all the parts with him. Jokingly I responded " you mean you not gonna make me wait 2 or 3 weeks and he laughed and said I have a warehouse in my van. He then got the equipment finish the job quickly and efficiently. David was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. These are the things I look for an individual or company that I do business with. They rock at customer service and I will request David as my tech the next time I am in need.

I had received a quote from someone who is no longer in the employ of ASI - I showed it to Brandon. Brandon's recommendation, after assessing the need changed from costing me $800 (on the quote) and explained precisely what was needed. He set up an appointment on the 20th to perform the needed work (just tune up). I couldn't have asked for a better show of Customer Service - an art that is just so taken for granted today. I'm going to stick with ASI

Call to Schedule Appt. - The receptionist staff was very helpful and provided detailed information on the service that would be provided and the cost, which included an Angie's List member's discount. Day of Appointment - Mike Burton, Service Specialist from ASI arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and very respectful. Mike took his time to answer all of our questions, and we had many. We appreciated his explanations regarding the workings of the heating/air conditioning systems and the items he would be inspecting. We are extremely pleased with the Service we received from Mike Burton and the ASI staff. We plan to schedule regular maintenance heating/air conditioning inspections. From start to finish every person I came into contact with was very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. The arrived when they said they would, performed all necessary work and made sure the house stayed clean the entire time. Very professional. I will use them again for any electrical needs that I have.

Eddie S. called me early Monday morning within the 8-10am time frame and showed up within 10 minutes. He explained what he was going to do and called the office to confirm that I was on the Energy Savings Agreement program. If I prepay my twice a year maintenance on the A/C and heating unit they will warranty my newly installed system for 10 years. Eddie S. also performed a warranty fix on the drain pan. Eddie S. was fast and efficient and did a good job. I have been very happy with the service from ASI.
