Upon further discussion of options, including the age of the air conditioners, low frequency of usage, etc., she recommended waiting to check as suggested, and perhaps replace the units at a later date. She was extremely helpful and did not try to push us to purchase a unit before we needed to. We are in our late 70's, and appreciated her honesty immensely. Thank you for providing the opportunity to contact companies we can trust - and use in the future.

Terrible rip off and waste of time...

Work was done in a very professional manner. Everything was done on time. They were very flexible in taking care of surprises.

Our air conditioner was not working and the weather was very hot. Mike came out to our home right away and checked our system. He was very knowledgeable and knew the cause of the problem right away. He was able to answer all our questions and explain the problem. We will definitely use ASI again in the future.

I purchased a big deal for ac tuneup online. I was contacted several days later to set up an appointment. Joe Gondak was extremely courteous and used plastic slippers when he came into house. Cleaned up after he was finished.

Everything has worked fine since installation. I would recommend them to others.

Service guy was running late but did call to keep us informed so that earned high remarks. He checked the freon and said that it was a little low. He checked all the vents and the readouts were showing 49 degrees. He explained that he could add some freon to the unit but he really didn't want to run the chance of over charging the system (another big plus). The house had some additions to prior to us buying it and he asked about the sq footage in the house and found out that it was 1800 sq ft with a 3 ton unit. He explained that most systems are 1 ton per 500 sq feet and that we may benefit from a 3.5 ton unit. Prior to going out and purchasing a unit, he recommended that we have an energy audit to see if in fact we need another unit or could there be other options i.e. insulation, windows, window seals etc. Very professional and didn't push any products on me. He gave his professional opinion and the reasoning behind it. I'm scheduled for next week for the energy audit. Let's see what we find out....

Bruner the service technician was very professional and knowledgable. He arrived on time and explained the process of job before installing equipment.

I used them through a big deal on Angie’s List and their services worked out very well for me. I did not feel like the air was getting in to my downstairs bedrooms and when I told him this he adjusted the registers in the rooms which made a big difference. He also checked the air conditioning unit in my garage and suggested that I install the second drain water for the water that drips when the air conditioner is on. He was very thorough, friendly and made good suggestions. I received a good deal from them and their pricing is great. They were very professional and came out on time.

They have also done all of our installations for the water heater and AC units. We use them every year, twice a year.

They were courteous, thorough, did all they said they would do and more. It is too early to determine whether or not the intended results will be realized with this new York variable speed, two stage, high efficiency system, but we are hopeful based on the research we have done. The outside unit is very quiet. The technicians took special care to keep things tidy and did an excellent job cleaning up. There was some vibration from the unit that was felt in the room under it and when the QC representative came to check out the job, he willingly made some adjustments and added rubber pads under the feet of the furnace which help mitigate the problem as best as possible. We will not know if everything was done correctly and to code until we have the city inspector's visit that gets scheduled sometime later. For now, we have no complaints.

Received an estimate from ASI to replace A/C, furnace and ducting. the estimator was courteous and professional. he looked at the current system, listened to my requests and completed the proposal. he explained what ASI would do and the costs relating to the work. everything sounded good except for the price. if i didn't need to be concerned with money, i would have had ASI do the work. i had the work done for $5k less.

Perfect. everyone was prompt, they were nice to call 1/2 hour before so I could keep listen for them. Work was performed cleanly and they left work for the next day tidy and tucked away so it wasn't in our way. Brandon was great and took time helping me pick out the system that would work for us. Joel and Miguel were so nice and explained details of how the system works and took their time to make sure everything functioned properly. Excellent Service and everyone was so pleasant to work with.

This is the 2nd time I have used ASI and they are super. Always professional, from call to the office to the technician who comes by. My tech was very knowledgeable and helpful to me, and didn't try to offer additional services. The coupon I used from Angies List was quite a savings, but any amount you pay this company is money well spent. They are true-blue experts.

They were punctual and courteous. They did what they said they were going to do. However, there was a really aggressive sales pitch for a lot of other things that I didn't need. They also wanted my to pay more and didn't believe that I had that deal until I finally was able to show them the printout.

Bashiri came to do an energy audit and gave us some great recommendations to lower our utility bill. The best part was he did not push options that only his company could provide. He was very professional and if we do have HVAC work we will definitely call this company again!!

It turned out horrible and I actually think they are a rip off trying to sell replacement of heaters which they recommended. We had two more people come in and looked at it after that and both said it was okay. One of them said ASI said has a reputation of doing that. I paid $100 they ended up refunding that after we complained to them. Only thing I didn't like was any heating unit made the last 20 years will automatically shut off if there's carbon monoxide leak which what they said we had. They red tagged it so didn't have heat for 4 days while we went through finding other contractors to look at it. They wanted $10,000 to replace the two heater unit. While the service was $100 which was a way for them to come in and tell you to replace your furnace, I call it an "F." They have no ethics. They refunded the money and they said there was a difference in opinion but I think they were trying to sell us replacements of unit that didn't need replacement.

Arrived on time and was extremely courteous! HE listened patiently to what I needed and gave me the information I needed to solve my immediate problem. Very professional and thorough crawling up and down in small spaces to document the issues. He immediately called my attention to a gas leak and took time to tighten things up. We then sat down to talk numbers and listened to all my questions and concerns to help me determine what was really needed. Many companies would not come to the Mountain Empire east of San Diego even though Pine Valley is right off the 8. Many people would not give me the time and attention I need to make the decision for the care of my parent's home to make them more comfortable. Often we feel a bit left out and taken advantage of by companies that ignore this beautiful area. SO many many thanks and I look forward to finishing up our project plans with ASI.

The job got done with multiple trips. Overall, it was satisfactory.

They did a really good job but they are not the cheapest. Their price is a little high but fair. They have a really good warranty with it. Their work is good. They are a good company.

Electronic air filter now working better than ever before.

ASI had good, terrific service. They were timely, they got it all cleaned up, and explained everything to me.
