Very well. He explained everything clearly and the cost before starting in. Did the work and cleaned up afterwards and gave additional preventative maintenance suggestions. I was very pleased with the tech (Ron E.)

They were able to install it the next day. They were professional and were very clean. They made it a point to clean up whatever mess was made during the install.

They were able to work with me on the federal government rebates. They didn’t try to push the most expensive system that other companies were trying to sell me. They got me the right type of system for my space. The techs are really good. I can’t say enough abut the equality of them. In the spring there was a leak in the AC system and they replaced the entire system for free with no labor charges. Part of the service agreement is that they extend the warranty for 10 years and they replace whatever is broken. The prices there are phenomenal.

All went fine and then Eddie showed me a couple of damaged part - one was like a cylinder that curved and he said it is ready to go. Another part was like a small switch looking part that would cost $300 to replace. If I replace the whole furnace it would be $3,000 and up. He recommended that I keep the house cool as if the furnace falls apart then carbon monoxide would come into the house. (NOTE: I have a CO monitor in a guess bedroom and the furnace is in a hallway closet.) So when I am ready, I will also get another quote for the furnace replacement and labor.

Tested windows for leakage, which was very useful in that it was not found. Determined that we had attic leakage which accounted for high heating bills. Thoroughly discussed ways to fix the problems.

It was fine. They gave me expert advice. They gave me a 12 to 4 time range and showed up at 1 o'clock.

ASI installed a new furnace and insulation in the attic of my house. The team was prompt and very polite. Put down dropcloths to minimize dirt; wore protective boots on their shoes, explained every process they were about to perform; cleaned up afterward. They stuck to their timeframe; did not waste time; were very pleasant and courteous throughout. I would definitely recommend ASI to anyone who would like a professional and thorough treatment of their furnace/insulation.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was absolutely excellent. They proposed a solution and were open to us talking with them further about it but there was no further purchase at that time. Everything they did was absolutely professional and absolutely quantitative; they could show us how our house was losing energy. They had the tools and they did the measurements and all the analysis. It was very, very informative. It was very well done. For that kind of price to get that kind of analysis was excellent. The quality was top notch. They were here early. They were absolute professionals. We would absolutely use them again.

The crew arrived punctually with my new heater and began the duct work and removal. About half way into the process, they discovered that the new equipment had a factory defect and couldn't be installed. We had to reschedule for a couple of days later to finish the project, which took about 6-7 hours total. The new heater came with a programmable thermostat (which they programmed for me to match the one they removed), a carbon monoxide detector, a ten year warranty and the next year's tune up for free. I chose the least expensive of the 3 options they presented me, and the new heater runs more quietly and is considerably more energy efficient.

They came and worked hard fixed it and than went home and we all lived happily ever after. Never to freeze again. But if we do we will call again.

Very professional. When I called to schedule, they explained what would happen. They called to confirm the day before and reviewed the process and allowed me to ask questions. The guys showed up within the window, looked at the job and told me what they would be doing. They got straight to work. They wore shoe coverings when they came into the house, I wish more companies would do that. They did a thorough job and went over what they did, they reviewed the new thermostat with me and showed me how to set it up. They took the old furnace and cleaned up the work area. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They were on time and did the job expertly and quickly. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a job well done!!!

It was good. We bought the deal for the maintenance and when they came out our motor had gone out on our unit. Originally he was unable to do the maintenance, because our unit wasn't working. But he did order the part for us and came back and replace the motor and then did the Big Deal that we had signed up for. So there was a glitch that wasn't their fault. They did take care of everything for us and they did a good job.

I took advantage of the special offer because my AC started making loud noises. I was pleased they offered to come out the same day I called because the weather was becoming hot. The technician solved the noise problem by replacing the filter. Then he found other potential problems in the unit outdoors which I was grateful to have fixed before they happened. I was expecting them also to check the furnace, but apparently they only do 1 system at a time, and "seasonal tuneup " should have told me that.

My old air conditioner died and I made an appointment for its repair. After taking the old unit apart the technician explained how much the repair would cost and how much a new unit might be that would probably last longer than the repaired unit. He made it clear that it was my choice to fix it or not, no pressure. I made another appointment for an estimation of what it would take to do that. He was very thorough, measured everything, from the front door to the attic opening to make sure what he recommended would fit, then provided 3 estimates of different units that would cool my home efficiently. I took a few days and made my decision. On installation day the guys were there exactly on time and set right to work taking out the old system. The new one was delivered an hour later just as they had the old one out. They started installation immediately and were done by 2 pm, not even taking a lunch break. All four men that came to my home were punctual, professional, and considerate of my home, taking care to keep the mess to a minimum. They warned me when things were going to get noisy and explained how to operate the new equipment. They were great.

There are no details. I requested a tune/up, they arrived on time, nothing was wrong or needed to be fixed except the tune/up. I did get a quote for solar installation from them but have not decided if I'm ready to install solar.

Mike from ASI came out to perform the service. He also on another occasion serviced one of our air conditioners. Mike was professional,thorough and communicative on every aspect of the job. ASI is very lucky to have him because not too many people are enthusiastic about what they are doing. I gave ASI only one B . I was told that they would contact me when I purchased the $69.00 deal. However, the date passed so I had to email Angie and she had ASI contact me immediately. I was put on the schedule right away. My only suggestion is that it is made clear that the $69 deal is for one unit only. We have 3 units and were charged alittle more for the 2 others. All said I will use ASI in the future and highly recommend them.

They did a very good job. When I had a small problem they resolved it quickly.

Service provider came out & realize he couldn't do the work (within 2 minutes) so he said I can get the Big Deal refunded. He gave me a receipt that stipulated this full refund on 9/18/13.

He did a very through check of my heater and told me that a sensor would need to be replaced. He made it clear that it was not urgent but that my heater would need this particular part. He gave me the price of the part and most of all did not pressure me to have it done via a big sales pitch.

Technician performed good, was punctual, and professional.

Was highly impressed with the energy audit that ASI conducted on my house. The entire audit took about 3 hours to complete, but the technician was extremely thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He did a very good job of laying down dropcloths throughout the walking paths of the house, and thus my house was left as clean as it was before. The same technician came back a week or two later to sit down with me and discuss the findings of the audit, outlined in a detailed report, and to review options. Based on their recommendations and my overall impression of the company, I decided to go with the more robust recommendation for repairs, which was completed 2 weeks later. Was overall very satisfied with the company and the job that they did.
