Scheduling was great, they fit us in for an appointment quickly. Their technicians were fair and honest. They did a great job. We ended up using them for additional services.

Technician went into the attic to inspect. In the house, checked heat and air flow coming out of vents and was able to loosen long jammed vents for better air flow. Joe was very knowledgeable, thourough, professional, and courteous. Highly Recommend.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went pretty well. The company advertised a lower price for this service on their web site so I got it cheaper through them. I was pretty happy with the whole thing.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He came down and said that everything looked good. I told him I wasn't getting any heat and he said that the vents seemed to be open. He went back up and turned up the fan and opened up the vents because they really weren't open. He didn't really catch anything until I told him and he went back up and turned the fan up. It did help and I can now hear it come on. I probably wouldn't do it again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them, not because they were horrible, but I didn't understand the service. He was a nice man and didn't do anything wrong but I didn't see the purpose of the service. They certainly came on time. I would have no reason to use their service in the future.

We originally called ASI to do an annual maintenance on our 20 year old gas heater, since we had moved into our current house not that long ago. The service tech arrived on time, but after quick assessment, found out that our heater was on a list that he could not work on because they start fires and had been on this list for many years. So the tech turned off the gas and tagged the heater, so no one else would turn it on. At this point, we were rather stuck and had to do something about replacing the heater before it gets too cold. We talked to the tech and he called their sales group to see if when they could make appointment to give us an estimate. While we were waiting to hear back for the estimator Greg, we decided pretty much to replace our awful a/c unit too, since we was horribly for noise and vibrated the outside wall of the house, plus not do too much to cool the house down. The estimator was able to come out the same day as the tech appointment and we discussed with Greg our options. If we had planned to replace our HVAC systems, I would of called ASI anyway, so I felt comfortable in hiring them to do the job. Once we decided to replace the HVAC system, he made an appointment for us to have our systems replaced the next week - 12/26. The installers arrived promptly at 7 am and worked very hard all day replacing both systems, the ducting, etc. Since our heater is in the attic, it is a lot more work to do, than in the garage. ASI arrange for a drywall tech to come out and take the door and frame to space where the heater is, so the new heater could fit it. Everything went off with a hitch and our new systems are great. Though we hadn't planned on replacing our HVAC system, it probably is a blessing that we did. The new systems are so much quieter and run so much better than our old clunkers. ASI made the process very easy, the installers were very respectful of our house and the fact we just had painted all the walls. They cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient. Highly recommend these folks.

They installed 2 new heating and air conditioning units . They we're considerate with our animals and they were diligent and very polite. We were very pleased with the result.

More expensive than other providers; however, ASI provided good quality service in a timely manner.

I purchased two Angie's List Big Deals for this service and right after they did the service one of my heaters broke. They came back, figured out what was wrong and ordered a part. It took about two weeks and then they came back and fixed it. It works now, but that's a big coincidence after 20 years of working. They took the price of the inspection off the bill for the repair. I am still deciding what kind of rating to give them while I make sure the heater is still working. They inspected two heaters and when they left they left both heaters completely turned off and all the settings on the thermostats gone. The came back for the repair very fast; I think it was only a couple of days.

They were very professional and cleaned up so well that you couldn't tell they'd been here. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased heating tune ups for my 2 furnaces for $100. A technician came out on Nov 20 and said both were in good shape - in fact he said they both looked almost new. On Dec 7, we returned from out of town and turned both furnaces on for the first time since the tune up and one failed to operate. I called and ASI sent someone out two days later. This technician, not the same one as before, said an inducer pump was bad and it would cost $531 to replace. Since the last person to run the system was an ASI technician, I asked how it could have gone bad when the system had not been on and he had no answer. I authorized the repair since half the house was cold. The technician returned two days later and completed the repair. The technician, Dave, was very professional and knew what he was doing. I am still not sure whether the first ASI technician caused the problem or it was just unfortunate timing and have not yet decided whether to use them again in the future.

The technician told me what was wrong with the furnace and gave me estimates for each fix.

Service person arrived in time slot. He was neat, personable and professional. Best of all, he did not 'discover' a long list of problems! I would use HSI again.

Well, the service technician did not wear white gloves, but he did slip on shoe covers before coming upstairs to crawl into the attic and inspect our updraft furnace - and that's a big gold star when you have hardwood floors. I can't actually speak to the quality of work other than to note that he was up there 30-40 minutes and that I heard the furnace cycle and a vacuum running. He noted that it was not a high-efficiency unit, but that it had top quality Honeywell components. Otherwise, it was a smooth service call with prompt arrival and a courtesy call 30 minutes prior. Their reputation appears to be well-deserved and I would use them again.

Tech. arrived early and was very polite. He checked everything and suggested I turn my fan speed down which would make the furnace more efficient and less noise. He told me the filter did not need to be changed just yet. I am very pleased with the less noise and all the service he provided.

They did the service they advertised. They were very nice to deal with. He explained everything that they were doing and even wrote me up a detailed report to me. The furnace went out after the appointment so I had to call them back. He came back out within 30 minutes on a Saturday to address my issues and he was able to identify the problem quickly. I will be using them in the future.

Inspected furnace and AC unit, found problem and replaced defective fuse. Performed operational and Freon levels of AC unit. Provided overall condition of both units and written assessment. Technician was professional and experienced and completed assessment in a timely manner. Made suggestion but did not push in making additional repairs.
