Another company told me I needed to replace my entire furnace. When this company came to give me an estimate for the furnace replacement, they were able to fix my furnace by just replacing a control board. And the price for the control board with $300 less than the other company

When everyone else had pointed out that we would need a new furnace and they could do the replacement for around $3000, this technician said he could make the repair for around $500. That alone caused me to select AirMaxx. He did the repair and when there was a small problem the next day, he came out quickly and made the adjustment. I trust this technician.

We needed to replace our inoperative original 1967 central air conditioning unit in our 1240 sq. ft. condo, together with the crumbling ducting, as well as adding two additional registers. George Spector, our "Comfort Consultant," did a brief walk-through and gave us a bid, promising the job could be done "as soon as tomorrow." We took him up on that offer. The following morning the installation team showed up at our front door on time and as promised, and went to work, finishing by 3:30 that afternoon. We were extremely pleased with their courtesy, professionalism and workmanship, as well as their care for covering and cleaning up all work spaces. George was readily available for telephone calls to answer questions and instantly responsive to email requests. We couldn't have asked for more!

I place a request on Home Advisor.com. Alex called me on a Friday evening at 8:30pm. He introduced himself, explained some option and scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 10:00AM. Alex & Alex were on time. They were professional, friendly, honest & the best price of the 3 bids I got for a quality Carrier replacement furnace. We set an appointment to install the unit. The two gents that showed up were a few minutes early (refreshing), professional, but all the personal items back in place. And the unit is so quiet! WOW! I highly recommend Airmaxx!

Technician George was extremely knowledgable and figured out the problem in record time. I was very pleased with the whole experience from the initial contact through the repair.

: The service man Alex arrived promptly and after giving him a brief description of the issue he went over to service the furnace. After about 20 minute of work he informed me of the diagnosis and explained to me what that part had to do with the operation. Unfortunately I did not have the funds to repair the part which he understood completely and didn't try to sell me on it. I will definitely contact him when I save up the funds to repair the part. Luckily San Diego doesn't get to cold so I have more than half the year to save.

Started at 8 A.M. and finished around 2:30 P.M. with a short lunch break. Fast and organized. After it was all done, the supervisor, Vlad, came and checked everything out to ensure all was functioning properly. The 2 stage HVAC system passed and the Wi - Fi thermostat worked fine. Our 1957 home, low sloped roof was no problem for the crew. (Like they had done this sort of thing many times before.) Quick, friendly, professional, clean, hard working, courteous, reliable, and a good, competitive price. What more can you ask for?
