Thu, 7 May 15, From the minute I submitted a request on HomeAdvisor on Wed, 6 May, an AirMaxx Customer Service Rep contacted me. Because it was after 9 PM when I submitted my request, I received a text asking if I would like a call now -- this was very considerate of them. Also, I had to change the appointment a few times and they were very friendly and didn't give me a hard time. Once the tech, Alex, arrived he was very professional and showed me everything he was doing and made sure I completely understood. He wasn't trying to sell me a bill of goods. He wanted to fix the problem and I felt that if he couldn't fix the problem, he would provide me a very competitive estimate. I had an excellent experience with Air Maxx. They did everything well on my air conditioner installation job.

Alex contacted me within 5 minutes of my sending my HA request to 3 companies,which was 7:45am on a Friday and booked me for 2 hours from the time we spoke, then called back and was able to come out within an hour of calling without charging for an emergency call. Our brand new A/C, he did not install, wouldn't turn on. He immediately saw the problem and fixed it, made sure the A/C didn't need anything else - wow. You'd do well to call this company first. If there is any more problems with the HVAC, I'm calling him.

These folks mean what they say and do what they say. The crew they sent to replace my entire AC, Heater and ducts did not mess around. They took care in working in my home and were professional in everyway. They know what they are doing and do it right. Great experience. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and honesty

They quoted me on both replacing the furnace exhaust pipe and replacing the furnace to repair my flow problem. They were not high pressure, and that's one of the reasons I chose them. I could have done the lower cost pipe replacement, but after explaining all the factors I determined to purchase a new furnace. They showed up on time to give the quote and installed it in the timeframe the said. Always a quick response when I had a question.

Alex was so good problem solving. A tech from another company who came yesterday was going to replace the wrong part, which had to be ordered and not in until next week. That meant I would still be without heat - not a great thing when you are 81 years young and the weather is so cold. Alex went and got the part and had it in and heat coming out within a few hours. It also kept me from having to get a whole new furnace even though mine is over 20 years old. Blessings and cudos to him and to this company.

They began the project very quickly and did the work in a professional manner. The workers were very polite and knew what they were expected to do without constant oversight. The completed the job and cleaned up within the agreed time. It's nice to have a great heating and air system in our home now.
