I have had the furnace 2 days @ it is dificult to rate properly!!!!!Give me 6 Mo's to 2 years. As far as installation- the Best. Very impressed. AS for price-evryone says they paid too much but to be fair, it seemed fair or I would not have bought!!!!

My experience with AirMaxx was outstanding! Alex was such a great guy to work with...he assessed the situation, took the time to ask pertinent questions, and recommended and installed the solution in quick fashion.

I would definitely consider hiring them again for my future A/C install project next year.

The service was wonderful. The system was checked and repaired in less than one day in the middle of a heatwave! We'd been told by another company that our entire system needed to be replaced (big price tag), so AirMaxx was our second opinion. They found an obvious, simple problem that was fixed for less than a quarter of the previous quote. The air conditioner has been working great for more than a week in high heat. AirMaxx didn't try to take advantage of the situation, so I feel we can trust them in the future!

Regarding value for money, we did no comparison shopping. I liked Airmaxx's quick response, and we were so impressed with Alex's clear explanations of our options and his recommendations that we decided to hire Airmaxx. We've had no reason to regret our decision. The crew was polite, careful, and hardworking. They did an amazing amount of work in two days to get our new heating and cooling system up and running, and our 3500-square-foot house was left spotless and intact. We recommend AirMaxx without qualification.

I think the technician should think about retiring. I'm not trying to be discriminate or judge but on the firt try he thought the problem was solved. We told him that it still sounded a little better but not solved, He went back and tried again. Problem sovled. I think had he listen closely there wouldn't have been a second try. He did repair the a/c.

Airmaxx was quick to respond and resond to my inquiry. My air conditioner issue was resolved timely, economically and with excellent customer service. The service man was very professional and respectful of my home and AC problem. Very pleased with the Airmaxx service.

I am very happy with their quick response! I was able to get an appointment the next day. Requested to be called 1/2 hr in advance and they were happy to do so. Gene diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes and had the A/C fixed within an hour. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I was bracing for having to buy a new air conditioner and was not happy. The AirMaxx technician (Gene) was able to diagnose and quickly fix the problem. I was so relieved to hear the unit humming again. He then filled the freon and now AC is blowing much colder than before. The service was professional and reasonably priced when compared to what it would have cost to have to replace the unit.

The tech who came out (Gene) was knowledgable, helpful and friendly. He didn't waste my time with a lot of sales talk, he just evaluated my needs, made his recommendations and gave me a quote. Airmaxx's price was $1100 less than Sear's best price.

Airmaxx replied to my quote request within one minute of my computer request. The salesman was a day late but efficient when he arrive and we agreed on the deal. I had a Carrier system before and knew what I wanted and did not question the price. The system was installed to my satisfaction. When I had an operational question the salesman responded but was impatient and abrupt. When I called again, I asked for Alex, not wanting to deal with the salesman again. Alex did not return my call and I had to call again; this time he said he would research (he didn't know the answer) and call me back in two business days. No reply after 5 bus.

Service on my residential A/C unit was fast and efficient. The technician explained to me what he was doing, and honored the coupon I printed off AirMaxx's website for $25 off. A/C blows much colder now, thank goodness!

Technician was very knowledgeable, had all required parts in truck to fix problem.
