I called for service and Alex immediately called me back. He said he would come to my home for a no cost evaluation of my furnace heating problem. He arrived within the hour, professionally dressed, a clean truck and booties to cover his shoes. He looked at my furnace and after testing said I only needed a switch. I would have believed him if he said I needed a motor or major repair but he was honest and after he put in the new switch the charge was minimal , which made me feel good about his honesty and quality work, I could not have asked for better service and honest quality work.

The consultant, Alex Glozman was prompt, knowledgeble and made a careful evaluation and advised me he could repair the unit. He installed a lighter and came the next day and replaced the defective inducer which had a cracked housing. Such a good experience after receiving deceptive, bad advice from another company.

Interviewed four (4) Air Conditoning contractors before we made our final selection. AirMaxx provided a detailed estimate at a not to exceed firm fixed price in writing. During the selection process contactor one (1) contractor felt it was requesting too much to provide a written estimate. Another contractor would not replay back and answer any questions on the estimate they provided. AirMaxx completed the job as promised; the two (2) skilled europeon technicians did excellent work and did not make a mess. AirMaxx also had the best warranty. They were also the within $100 of low bidder.

The technician was on time, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable.

Jason, one of the managers, handled my repair becuase it was so busy. He showed up on time and had a very pleasant demeanor. He was quick with the repair and I feel the price was very fair considering it was a Sunday, a day that most companies charge a large overtime or premium fee.

I checked our neighbors who had same problem but other company charged him double price. Flex responded so quickly and he really knows what his doing.
