The professionalism and flexibility stood out. I called really late on a Saturday night, and he came on Sunday. He found the issue, and he came back. Being a single woman, I wanted someone I could trust, and I felt fine with him. He was much more reasonable than other plumbers that I have had.
Description of Work
I used Accolade Plumbing. I had a leak, and I was desperate to find the leak. They came, went under my house, in a tiny crawl space looking for where the leak was, and were able to help me find the leak, repair it, and help me get the water back. The leak was not on my property, it was in the city, and the city refused saying there wasn't a leak. The guy came on a Sunday to help me fix what the city wouldn't.
