Jenri was great. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything to me and answered my questions. Bill Metzger Plumbing had excellent communication from beginning to end also. They came recommended from a family member and I will definitely only use them from now on. Sink looks great and is running smoothly now and I will follow the recommendations they gave me.

Original pipe slope is minimal so build up and back up has been an issue and it’s very time consuming to clear. Jenri was here on time and immediately went to work. He was exceptionally polite and despite the nature of plumbing kept work space very clean. Clean and put everything back when he was done. VERY HAPPY WITH WORK AND EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!
