After submitting a request was immediately contacted and an appointment set up not only for the same day, but they showed up in only an hour. The serviceman explained the issue and even though I have older plumbing, was able to fix it in less than an hour. And there was no trying to upsell services or products. Very professional and I will use them again.

Yesterday after identifying the source of our water leak as the water heater I called a plumber. Not my favorite thing to do and the thought of a new water heater was painful. Difference between expectation & reality is Bill Metzger Plumbing took the sting not only out of the call but the experience as well. The plumber Greg W. arrived a few minutes early quickly identified the problem which was not what I had expected and had it fixed in a very short period of time. His work was extremely professional, he explained everything before he did it and the water heater replacement was really a leaking pipe. He made our day and I cannot compliment him or the plumbing company enough. Wow! He even put up with my crazy dog! Great job, great employees and a great trust worthy company. Thank you!!!

You are at your mercy when hiring plumbers but, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional, responsive, and courteous Bill Metzger Plumbing was. I had a very challenging guest bathroom faucet replace/repair issue. I tried myself but, could tell it was going to take a professional and thank goodness I had Metzger's Plumbing come out. The two water valves were shot and the p-trap was offset by 1/4 in which was producing a small leak. "Joe" did a great job in fixing the issues in about 1 1/2 hr time. My only reason for rating a 3.0 was due to PRICING. I paid more than double what I anticipated. I will definitely get multiple estimates next time seeing how I didn't do that this time which is my fault but, Bill Metzger Plumbing is a company I'd use again but, beware of their pricing.

I've worked with bill for 25 years. Always accommodating, punctual and always do great. They care about their customers.

We have a leak coming from our shower upstairs slowing dripping into our living room. It was determined that the pipes were not causing the problem but the shower door. Joe was honest, drilled a small hole in our ceiling to check to see if it was moist anywhere else (where the pipes are) and found no leaks in the pipe. Saved me lots of money with his honesty and expertise.

They came over and did the job. My only complaint was that I thought their price was too high. They replaced the faucet in the back patio area. I supplied them with a new faucet. It only took about five or ten minutes to replace the faucet. The charge was $150.

This company has an excellent reputation. A local family-owned business who has served our community very well for many years. Several of my neighbors have hired them and I have never heard of a single complaint. My wife is a Real Estate agent and has referred them many times to her buyers and sellers.
