Description of Work: Price was right and their availability worked for us! Shared fence blew down and apart during a storm. Marsh responded to neighbor's request for an estimate and beat another co's price by FAR! Even gave us both the Angie's List 5% discount, even tho' I'm the only one on Angie's List! (Neighbor also had Marsh replace their gate & got the Angie's List discount for that too!) Quality materials. Only complaints were Marsh was dealing primarily with neighbors & should have known and honored that these fences are always on the property lines in Daly City, so should deal with both owners, not just one. Nice fence, but not the look I would have picked, had I been consulted too, altho' I paid half the cost of the neighbors' choice. Also, the fence is 2 different heights, because Marsh put it on top of a retaining wall that is different heights in 2 places, so a little odd- looking. Conclusion--good work, good materials, good price, good availability, but bad communication.

Description of Work: The job consisted of: |1- 64' fence made up of 1x8x6' boards (redwood con heart, better wood than the usual) |2- Alternating sections of frame side and flat side (as it is now) |3- 2 feet of privacy lattice, single layer. |4- Added a gate for an additional $500.00. | |They did a good job and were prompt. The only minus was that the bottoms of the fence boards were level with the ground or slightly under. I would have preferred them to be above dirt level, but I had not requested that specifically, so I cannot complain.

Description of Work: The crew came on time, did the work, cleaned up and left us with a beautiful redwood good neighbor fence. They were courteous and diligent. Both my neighbor and I are thrilled with the workmanship and so was a contractor across the street.

Description of Work: Demolished old fence, constructed new fence of approximately 50 feet and hauled away and cleaned up site. They did exactly what and when they said they would do it. All done in one day on an agreed to date.

Description of Work: Marsh replaced approximately 6 feet of an old rotting fence in my mother's back yard. The fence had a unique design that we wanted them to reproduce exactly, and they did it. The fence looks great and is very well built. A very friendly father/son duo came with tools to cut each piece of wood to spec and put the whole thing together in about half a day. We have already rehired Marsh to replace one of our own fences.

Description of Work: Installed 183 feet of 6' fencing.. 66' Down each side and 50' across the |Back..we have a 4'fence topped with 2' of lattice down each fence and added 4' of lattice to an already existing short fence across the back. They arrived 5 minutes early at 8:25 a.m., worked till completion and clean up don and were gone by 3pm! I was not present during the construction, but they did not hesitate to call with the one question they had during the project..at which time they explained two options, as my property was not level. They did as I asked. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again should I decide to add some gates. Completely pain free, hassle free services from start to finish!

Description of Work: Built a fence with a gate. Old fence and access were issues for other companies but not for them. Workman were on time,answered questions, polite, helpful,knew what they were doing and cleaned up. Wood quality was not so great-I didn't realize when an estimate says redwood you have to make sure it says con heart if you want better quality. Some wood still dripping sap. The fence just doesn't feel rock solid for a new fence. More give than our other fences. But not so much that I would call back and have them do something. The workmanship in general seems good.Gate and latch works very well.

Description of Work: REPLACED BLOWN DOWN FENCE & RE-HUNG SIDE GATE. THE FENCE WAS UNDER OAK TREES ON A SLIGHT SLOPE. THEY ALSO HAULED AWAY ALL THE OLD WOOD.

Description of Work: REMOVAL AND HAULING OF AN OLD FENCE FROM REAR YARD, AND INSTALLATION OF 113 LINEAR FEET OF 6 FT. HIGH, LOUVERED REDWOOD FENCING WITH POSTS SET IN CONCRETE.

Description of Work: FENCES ON BOTH SIDES OF MY PROPERTY WERE REPLACED. ON THE ONE SIDE A 3' RETAINING WALL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND AS SPECIFIED.
