I called to get a rock chip fixed. The gentleman on the phone was very courteous and communicated very well in English. He was able to answer all of my questions and got insurance authorization for the work while I was on the phone. This company employs enough people and was able to schedule a same day appointment. The appointment was proceeded with a courtesy call and the technician was on time. Upon further examination it was determined that (the chip I thought needed fixing) did not need attention. He further went on to examine the rest of the windshield and notified me of chips to keep an eye on. The estimate was free.

I did not have time to shop around. I had seen this firms trucks around town, and had also seen their facility, and was impressed by both. Checked them out on Angie's List and found favorable reviews. I went to their website and was able to receive a firm quote and made an appointment with a five hour window. The appointment and price quotation were confirmed by email. The day of the installation I received a phone call from the tech narrowing the appointment window to a two hour window. The tech arrived at the scheduled time and completed the installation in about 45 minutes. He spent an additional 30 minutes adjusting the various hardware that was attached to the glass. (Rear wiper, hinges, and electric locks etc.) His attention to the detail that these adjustments required was very impressive. He applied touch up paint to various pieces of hardware that were not related to the job. Also lubed and caulked some items that I also feel were beyond the scope of work. Overall, the quality of his work was outstanding. As mentioned, I did not have time to get competative quotes, but have had similar work done on other vehicles, and felt this price was very fair, considering he came to my home to to do the work. In summary: fair price, easy online quote and scheduling, and outstanding work.

While driving during a wind storm I realized there was a leak in the windshield seal in my 2000 Legacy Outback Subaru. I looked through old invoices and saw that Safelite had done glass work on our cars before so I called them re: repair. They described my options but suggested I check with their customer service division first to find out if, by any chance, the windshield had been installed by them because if it had it would be covered by their warranty. I did and it was. They sent a technician out the next morning. He inspected the windshield, confirmed the leak and found an additional problem with the glass. He replaced the windshield within the hour and left me with documentation and instructions. He was pleasant, efficient and professional. I was astonished, actually, at the high level of attention and service I received and very grateful.

Great. Easy to get estimate and schedule through web site for same or next day service. Cost was below estimate. Did good job explaining how to care for new windshield during first 24 hours.

The technician was prompt, courteous and extremely competent. The work was completed quickly and appeared better than new.

Excellent- called on Wednesday; appointment scheduled for Saturday (at my request). The tech called Saturday morning to give me his time of arrival (between 3 and 5). Called again at 3:30 to tell me he was a few minutes away. Completed the installation in about an hour. Fully explained the process and gave me instructions so the adhesive would set properly.

I HAD A PROBLEM DESCRIBING MY WINDSHIELD, AND IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE RIGHT WINDSHIELD. THEY WERE NO HELP OVER THE PHONE. HE CAME OVER AND LUCKILY HE HAD THE RIGHT WINDSHIELD. IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

THEY WERE OUT AT MY HOME THE NEXT DAY AND REPLACED THE GLASS IN MY CAR. IT LOOKED JUST LIKE THE ORIGINAL GLASS IN MY CAR. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICES.
