Description of Work: Replace windshield at my home. The installer called to alert me he was enroute. The installer had a photo ID prominently displayed. My vehicle came with a specialized windshield, i.e., rain-sensing. The new windshield matched the OEM specs. In a recent rain fall, the windshield performed as expected. I have used Safelite 4 times over the years, for windshield replacement.

Description of Work: I got a rock chip in the windshield of my car. They recommended sealing the damage as opposed to replacing the windshield. Unfortunately, the seal still has a very small dent which I can feel in the glass and I fear that it will continue to crack. I wish they had been more candid with me about the limits of their sealant. I would have gladly paid to replace the glass. Now, I'll have to do that anyway, probably without the aid of my insurer. They didn't do anything wrong, they just didn't do enough in my opinion.
