Description of Work: Replaced my jeep windshield. The tech was great. My jeep windshield is a special edition there is a little jeep climbing up the corner of windshield and they replaced it out with the exact wind shield!

Description of Work: It took three visits for them to properly replace a window. In each case the business office tried to change the appointment and the request without informing me or asking me. While in the end the product will suffice, the business office run around will mean that I will never work with them again.

Description of Work: I got a rock chip in the windshield of my car. They recommended sealing the damage as opposed to replacing the windshield. Unfortunately, the seal still has a very small dent which I can feel in the glass and I fear that it will continue to crack. I wish they had been more candid with me about the limits of their sealant. I would have gladly paid to replace the glass. Now, I'll have to do that anyway, probably without the aid of my insurer. They didn't do anything wrong, they just didn't do enough in my opinion.
