We requested quotes from a few companies and Fair appliance got back to us right away, and was flexible with an appointment. Communication was on point and he let us know about the initial cost and then what he needed to do to give us an estimate. Definitely recommend if you are need of appliance repairs!

Sayed Sajadi responded so quickly to my search for someone to repair our refrigerator! He is the only company - of four that I tried -who called and said he could be at our home within around 2-3 hours to repair our refrigerator that was not cooling! He prepared by asking for the make and model number and arrived 5 minutes early. He s nice, was wearing a mask (during this Caronavirus time), got to work, explained what repair was needed, showed us the faulty part, fixed the frig. and left it clean and working great! He even checked a slight problem on another item and tweaked it to work great! We will call on him again when needed - so glad we found him!
