Great efficient and thorough service. The two gentlemen were professional,fast, thorough, careful and discussed with me what I wanted done and gave me their advice as to what would look the best. I really appreciated their suggestions and advice. Everything was cleaned up, even on the street where the grinding of the tree limbs was being done. Outstanding in every way. Wanted to share my experience with Environmental Tree Service with other home owners , they quickly replied to my info here on home advisor about needing a tree removed , setup a day to come by and give a free quote and arrived promptly on that day. after having a few quotes done I chose to go with environmental tree service due to giving me a very fair price ,and friendly and ratings on home advisor sit. The tree I had removed was a nasty over grown fruitless mulberry , it had three power lines and two Comcast cable lines running in multiple locations through the tree branches , other tree company's were going to charge me double the price because of the wires, Environmental tree service said they could have it cut down,hauled off and stump grinded in one day! and that the wires weren't a problem for them and could safely work around them which was a huge concern for us not wanting power lines to be torn off our or the neighbors house.....the crew of 3 showed up the planned date and promptly went to work, the started by setting up plywood boards against my house so when to drag the branchs to the chipper they didn't drag them across my building , they executed cutting down the branches using ropes to guide the branches away and lowering them through all the power lines safetly to the ground...4 truck loads of chiiped up tree and tree trunk all in one day! they only mishap that happened is that the stump grinder wouldn't run right and they couldn't complete grinding the stump that day, said they had to go get it fixed and come back , said they would complete the job the next morning , didn't have to pay them until the job was completed. Next morning comes and the lead guy came back by himself with the repaired stump grinder and finished grinding the stump. I would like to end this review saying if I ever need a tree removed again I wouldn't hesitate calling them again, they were prompt, fair priced, respected my property, professional, polite, very clean about their work! Thanks to the crew for their hard work!

The fellas were very good at communicating when they had issues with our tree. It was a very complicated job and they did it so well. I'm very impressed with their work ethic and speed! Their knowledge and helpful suggestions have guided me to the next process of renewing my entire landscape!

Fantastic people! My Modesto ash was huge. but it took two men four hours and except for my pile of fire wood you'd never know it was there. Not only that they plant you a new tree as part of the service and the total cost was very reasonable. I will always go to Juan for my tree services.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and the work performed. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. Their price was very reasonable. They showed up on the time agreed upon and completed the work earlier than estimated. They cleaned up all the debris agreed upon. I will be using them again and have recommended to friends and family.

The crew did an very good job with the work I had requested. Some small branches and trimmings did not get picked up but I was not there at the time. overall i will use them again.

Juan Alvarado stopped by the 1st day with the estimate &..This would have been a 5-star all the way but. They scheduled our appointment for Friday 7/17/15 at Noon and didn't show up....Mr Alvarado finally called about 3:00pm to tell us they couldn't make it. I almost canceled it out right....We picked this Company even though the fee was more than all of the others because of Mr. Alvarado's professionalism (I wished he'd showed it on Friday).....The team showed up today as scheduled and the young men who did the job worked quickly and efficiently but I never saw Mr Alvarado at any time during the job. We have what looks to be a very nice new tree but I am not sure I would use them again.....

Tree removal and tree trimming. Juan Alvarez responded and came almost immediately with a very fair estimate. He came to check his crew of two on the day of removal and trimming. Juan and his employees are very professional and personable. Came on time, did their work and left our yard very clean. Would not hesitate to recommend Juan and his crew!

Juan Alvarez showed excellent customer service. Very personable and professional. He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. I needed to have my trees trimmed within 2 days of getting my estimate (which was given to me within an hour of my request) and Juan was able to get his crew over to my house within an hour and the job was finished up within 2 hours. I was amazed at the level of customer service.

great job, efficient and reasonable rates

On time and very professional a three day job done in two ,crew worked well together and very efficient, 6 trees and a lot of shrubs removed with all stumps ground, was a good size job, clean up was first rate every thing they moved was put back in place including the fence and gate they needed to take down to get the stump machine thru to the back yard, pricing for the job was fair
