I was referred Environmental Tree Service by HomeAdvisors. It was two days before I got a return call from my initial call. They provided me a written estimate by email that was clear and concise. The bid matched another bid, but because they had boom truck I chose them for the job. When I called back to book the job, I did not get a return call for five days, so I called back from a different phone number and acted as if I was a new customer again needing a quote. The owner Juan called back the next day. I reminded him of my earlier request-for-bid call and he apologized for the delay. He stated it would be at least a month to do the work after he generated the bid. I set a date and requested a confirmation call from them due the day before so I could remind my tenant. Unfortunately, I received no reminder call. So, I took a chance and drove to the project house (my rental property) and his crew was starting the project. Happy they were, but his crew had limited English-speaking communication skills (broken English). I requested a completed work invoice and paid-in-full receipt upon my payment, but it didn’t get it until I gave the owner Juan a call and I left a voicemail message. It showed up that day. Conclusion: The job was done as described, but they need to improve their communication, follow-up, and paperwork upon completion skills to establish a repeat customer base.

The three gentlemen showed up on time with a smile. They completed trimming my trees in only one hour, cleaned up after themselves and even cup up some of the wood for my fireplace. I would gladly recommend this company. Thank you!

Arrived on time. Very quick with 3 of them working on 8 overgrown cypress trees that they removed. Cleaned up everything nicely.

they arrived right on time. Did great work - we had one large and several smaller trees removed and ground down. they planted the new trees - very healthy looking young trees. did great work on clean up. i would absolutely recommed Environmental Tree Service.

We were very impressed with Environmental Tree Service. We had so many big trees that needed to be taken down and they did it in a day and a half, the price was very reasonable for all the work they did. Would definitely recommend them as a matter of fact we did already.

Great work, trimmers did more than contract and they cleaned up after themselves. Multiple trees trimmed on the same day and no issues with permits, tree climbing, or anything else. These guys are pros! Highly recommend. One tree got damaged that should not have, otherwise five stars across. Will use again, for sure.
