We have had some issues since we purchased the home 2 years ago.Slow draining and continuous clogs and back ups. We had another company come to the home a month ago, paid over $100.00 and although they did clear the one clog, they never looked for the real issue. Armstrong came to my home, scoped the main and found an issue. To make sure he was correct he called in management to confirm. We had a major clog in our main line from grease from the previous owners. At one point in our pipe we only had about a 2" clearance. They snaked and cleaned the entire main. We have had no clogs and the drains now drain quickly. They were on time, very professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Armstrong. I hope we never have to but, if we need a plumber again it will be your company.

I made the mistake of not finding out how much the fee was for just coming out. They did a great job of replacing the faucet in a timely manner; however, $147 was more than I anticipated paying to replace a faucet. However, the job was done quickly and efficiently. If I ever have major repairs to be made, I will contact them.

I had the good fortune in getting a consummate professional to do a very difficult job in changing & replacing some very old and difficult hardware fixtures in the bathtub/shower area. I called due to a kitchen sink stopped up. I took it apart to try to fix myself first, but was unsuccessful. The people on the phone were very helpful, and were able to get me an appt. the same day within a couple hours. I worked with Mike M., who was very professional and friendly. He was on time, and he immediately assessed the problem, put the jigsaw puzzle that was my sink pipes and garbage disposal back together in minutes, and flushed the whole pipe down 40 ft. It was all fixed in less than 30 minutes, This is the 2nd time I've called Armstrong Plumbing, and both times their reps have been very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I very much appreciate being treated like a valued customer, not as a problem. Thank you Mike for being on time, and appreciating my efforts to fix it instead of laughing at them. :) I would recommend these guys to all my friends and family.

Kenny, the plumber, was very fast, efficient and explained what happened to my hot water in the kitchen sink and what he did to repair the problem.

Armstrong plumbing came to repair a leaky tub/shower faucet. They were able to repair rather than a more expensive replacement which would have required them to go behind the wall and break up the shower tile. I only wish plumbing was more affordable to me or I would have replaced the whole unit.

Very professional, fair priced and quick to get the job done. Would definitely use again but hopefully won't need to!

This company really impressed me- knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, helpful- PLUS they went above and beyond by taking care of a couple of things (like getting my questionable sump pump going again and replacing a worn out sink trap) that were not a part of the piping repair I'd hired them to do. Very good experience - will use again I'm sure.

Jeff knew how to order the parts for the faucet, returned to put them in and replace the other warn out parts. Everything was left clean. I'm also still getting used to how quiet my toilet is now. Professional and friendly.
