Anderson Tree Company's crew was neat, professional and you would never know a tree was located in that spot of the yard. Price was fair.

They did a good job. He's a good guy and reasonable. There were two other guys with him and the work took probably 45 minutes.

They did good work. We had a smaller project so there were some days they'd give us a call on shorter notice to let us know they were on their way.

The four-person crew (including Anderson himself) took 5 hours to complete all of the work (7 AM - 12 PM). I appreciated that Mr. Anderson was on site supervising and participating in the work. He was courteous and kept me informed of the work he was doing. He took care not to accidentally damage the telco cable running into my house. I am very pleased with the work.

I was not at home when the work was done, however, all trimmings were cleaned up as well as anything that fell in my pool. The tree removed was in my neighbor's yard and Mr. Anderson made contact with the owner for permission to do the work. The trees trimmed were in my neighbor's yard also, but the branches hung over my pool and made quite a mess. I am glad I called Mr. Anderson to have this work done. I received a card in the mail from his business, which is how I happened to hire him.

I was driving carpool this afternoon, with a car full of kids. As I was driving through my neighborhood, a large truck, with the company name on the side, and attached trailer, nearly hit my vehicle as they pulled away from the curb. Obviously, I sounded my horn to alert the driver. This garnered a "I see you, fatty!" yelled at me through the open window of the truck by the driver, whom may have, in fact, been the business owner. I was really appalled by the offensive and unprofessional remark. These are obviously not the type of individuals I want providing any type of services at my home or on my property. Considering this is a neighborhood full of mature fall trees, several of which I have on my own property, that was really poor form and poor business. I'll be sure to spread the word about what you get when you hire these guys and this company.

They came exactly at the time they told us. The entire time they worked quickly and efficiently . Scott, the owner was very professional. he explained to us every step of the process and gave very good suggestions. the clean up after the job was amazing!

I have used Scott Anderson's service since I bought my house in 2002. As always the team arrived timely; were sensitive to the needs of my neighbors to access and noise issues. They asked me to have a car moved on the street that was in back of the chipper, in order to prevent any accidental contact. They cleaned the property well and were always respectful and competent in the services rendered.

It went great. The trees were blocking our solar system, they did it and gave us an excellent bid. We were very pleased.

Job went great. Scott and crew arrived at the time specified and made quick work of it. Roved all debris. Left yard, driveway and street clean.

Scott completed the work despite bad weather that day. I got 3 estimates for the job and his was the lowest (highest was $3,700). Very pleased with the work.

They did a great job and then cleaned up both my driveway and the street. Not only was I impressed but my neighbors really appreciated how clean he left the street. Scott was recommended by two other friends who used him.

He did everything I asked him to do, so I was satisfied with the job.

They're the best and the price is really good. The positive would be is that they did a really good job, they're professional and the price, I got about 5 estimates and they are the best price and these other people are price scouts. They're very punctual. They ground everything and did a good job. I'm going to use him again, in fact he's going to do some stuff in my backyard.

I had a tree that died in my backyard and I just wanted some professional opinion. As for the guy that came out here; he was the owner of the company and I Found him simply outstanding. Why I say Outstanding is because, I think he had sensed that he was not going to get any business out of it, but he was still generous enough to give me some information that would help me make the decision. Had he given me a price as a quote, I would have agreed to any price that he quoted based on the information that he gave me. I might have had other things for him to do too. He suggested that I don't cut the stem and that I could just put a bush over it or something.

Company was on time, with the owner, completed the task in a timely manner, cleaned up very well, and was on their way. The crew knew what they were doing and moved very efficiently.

Somehow the date for removal didn't get added to his book. Could have been due to a wedding he spoke of. Second time he was on time at 7AM. His team performed like a well oiled machine, very little talk, lots of hard work and cleanup.

The price was reasonable. I liked their timeliness, punctuality, good communication, and quality supervision; the owner of the company came out with the crew. I have used another tree company in the past who basically drops off the crew, comes back later in the day, the time the crew was sleeping under a tree instead of working. But, with Anderson, he was there, he might not be doing much, but he was there supervising his people, and that means a lot. There was actually one of the negative reviews on the Anderson; it was like he thought he understood what the homeowner wanted, and when they got out there, the homeowner wasn't there and they did what they thought was told. It turned out that it was not what the guy wanted, so he got average results there. He prefers the homeowner to be home when they first come out.

Scott Anderson confirmed our appointment several days in advance and arrived with his crew at the agreed upon time. His crew worked efficiently and professionally. Throughout the process, I was regularly advised as to their progress. Scott was on the job the entire time that the work was being performed and walked the property with me to ensure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. At the completion of the tree trimming, all debris was removed and our property left clean and neat. Scott's price was fair and the job was completed professionally and in a timely manner. We would highly recommend the Anderson Tree Company.

They cleared up our whole yard and were very good. They were very efficient and very effective. They had a good price too. The people who came out were very personable. They had done what they said they were going to do. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. When they left there was nothing out there, so it was great. We didn’t have to follow up on them at all. They were excellent. They will be coming out for another tree next spring.

Initially, we were scheduled to have the trees removed on October 19th. We were not planning to remove the Mulberry, but because of a wind storm, we thought it was best to remove it because of the power lines. Scott came out and told us that he needed to push back the removal date because our trees were not a priority. We didn't like that answer, but because he was well below the other estimates, we were willing to wait.. A month later, he and his crew appeared, on time and began work. They worked quickly and efficiently; however, we had requested that he not cut the Mulberry to the ground as we wanted to use it as a planter box. He went ahead and cut it to the ground and didn't have a smaller stump grinder to finish the job. We will now have to find someone else to do that job. Everything else was going great until the last tree when it crashed onto the roof and broke the gutter. If they had taken an extra ten minutes of safety, I would not be writing this review. Scott was not apologetic and did not seem too concerned. He was a little defensive as we discussed options. While he offered to fix it, he laid the responsibility on us. We contacted a few different companies and this is the busy season for gutter repairs. Only one company offered a free estimate and of course, they are backed up. Scott called at least 3 times wondering if we had taken care of the problem and demanded the rest of the balance (we withheld part of the payment until this was resolved), because he needed to balance the books. While that is understandable, this is his problem, not ours. We don't have the luxury of time to sit and schedule a dozen different estimates. He even showed up at our door, at 8:00 a.m., unannounced, to discuss the problem. To his credit, he found someone to fix the gutter. However, the company he hired started working on it while we were not at home. My husband had to leave early from work to make sure the job was done properly. While Anderson Tree is cheap and efficient, they lack basic customer service skills that are important in an economy where good business practices are essential. While we appreciate the price, we did not appreciate the month-long delay and lack of professionalism. If we had foresight, we would have spent the extra 600 dollars to hire Davey Tree Company.

Scott and his crew arrived on time (even thought it was a rainy day) and set up the job sight, then walked through the job with me, as previously planned. He had a good and efficient crew and Scott stayed on the job the whole day. When they were through with the tree work they chipped the wood (left it for us, as requested) and cleaned up the work sights at days end, Our neighbors had a liquid amber removed at the same time, and we shared the chip material. We have used Scott before as has several of our neighbors and everyone has been pleased with his work.

This company gave us the best estimate, by far, of five tree service companies we had called in. They responded quickly to our initial call, came on time, and cleaned up after themselves including the driveway.
