 + -1 moreI FEEL MUCH MORE SECURE IN MY HOME WITH THIS COMPANY'S PROTECTION. THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT OUR ALARM IS WORKING PROPERLY. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH IT, THEY ARE HERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO FIX IT.

 + -1 moreWE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE IF THE ALARM IS TRIGGERED. A POLICE OFFICER OR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT ARE HERE WITHIN MINUTES TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OKAY. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

 + -1 moreTHE ALARM CAME WITH THE HOUSE. I THINK IT WAS INSTALLED POORLY. THERE ARE WIRES HANGING OUT ALL OVER. THEY RESPOND VERY QUICKLY WHENEVER THE ALARM GOES OFF. I THINK THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT IT'S AVERAGE FOR THE AREA.

 + -1 moreWe are very pleased with the service this company provides. Although it did take the technicians more time than I think necessary to install the alarm system, they made sure that all components were working properly. They also took a lot of time to explain how to operate the alarm system.
Description of Work: They installed a new state of the art technology alarm system in our home as well as tested all of the fire detectors.

 + -1 moreWHEN I BOUGHT MY NEW HOME, I MADE SURE THAT IT CAME PREWIRED FOR A BURGLAR ALARM. AS SOON AS WE MOVED IN, WE HIRED ADT TO INSTALL THE SYSTEM. WE'VE HAD TO HAVE ONE WINDOW CONTACT REPAIRED WHICH THEY PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE. ALTHOUGH IT NOT A SERVICE THAT WE HAVE TO 'USE', IT IS GREAT TO HAVE THE SECURITY OF KNOWING OUR HOME IS PROTECTED.
