My refrigerator was not producing ice cubes and I noticed that the freezer was not keeping my food frozen. After Bryan checked temperatures and circuit panels, he assessed that my compressor was bad. He checked for bulletins on my LG and said the compressor was still under warranty. He was kind and quick with the work, but I wished I had called LG first and not had to pay the service fee.
