Bryan was wonderful. He explained what he was doing and why. He then proceeded to install a new control board. Then he told me what I need to do before I plugged in the refrigerator. He came out the same day I called and I appreciate that. Will use them and recommend them.

Charged me $70 to bang on the back of the freezer to stop the noise, said it was the ice build up. It is still making the noise and I don't know if I can trust to call them back. I don't have that kind of money.

Performed initial repair by unclogging line. That did not work and failed within two weeks. Called them back out and they needed to order a new motor. Initially they would not allow a full credit against the initial repair but later agreed to do so.
