New Flow Plumbing and Rooter, Inc.

After we purchased a house the kitchen faucet was non functional so we contacted New Flow Plumbing and Rooter. They were quickly able to determine the problem with the faucet and explained that it needed to be replaced. They also created a work around that allowed us to temporarily use the existing faucet. After a few days research we selected a replacement model for the faucet. New Flow Plumbing arrived a second time and because of their experience was able to quickly replace the faucet. If we have another plumbing problem in the future we would not hesitate to call New Flow Plumbing and Rooter again!

I hired New Flow Plumbing to replace a broken sewer line. I dealt with Arman via text/email and personally, with Vito. This is a family business, which I prefer. I chose to go with trenchless option. My regular plumber quoted me an outrageous price and New Flow Plumbing quoted me half of that for the exact same work. Vito and his crew came out early and n the morning and finished the same day. I have a rock scape and I can barely see that there was a disturbance, they put everything back the way I had it! Simply put, I would highly recommend New Flow Plumbing. These gents are total pros, no high pressure sales! Grateful for your diligence and professionalism.

They promptly arrived, evaluated the situation and completed the major part of the repair that day. They tested to ensure of the results and finished the clean up the next day . Excellent response.

I guess he did a good job, time will tell. But he really does take advantage with outrageous pricing knowing you are kind of stuck when it comes to plumbing, and generally need things done fast.

Thought they were over priced. $495 for a shower leak repair. Tech had to go to 2 places to find the needed part.

After careful camera inspection of the drain pipe, crawling under the house, mapping the location of the drain pipe and potential obstacles, Vito described the proposed project in easy to understand detail. Vito did all the work quickly and very efficiently It was a pleasure to watch him work. He took many pictures showing the work he was doing under the house. and emailed them to me as well. The cost proposal was excellent and realistic. I plan to hire his company again for other plumbing projects.
